„Turning Stone for my birthday! We chose Comfort Inn Verona because of the rates, it was half the amount of the hotels around it, and still very nice. Vicki at the front desk was awesome!!! Very friendly, and sweet. After finding out it was my birthday she upgraded our room to a suit. The room was so nice. The air in the bedroom didn’t work, I told staff when we checked out. But the air in the LR area was cold and we just left the doors open. “

„Der Empfang war freundlich und das Personal sehr bemüht. Allerdings waren die Zimmer sehr verwohnt ( obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren war auch die Couch als Bett hergerichtet, wodurch sehr wenig Raum zum Bewegen war) und kein Wohlgefühl aufkam. Der Garten war lieblos und ungepflegt. Insgesamt ein sauberer Aufenthalt mit Flair, der leider nur oberflächlich war.“

„Hotel looked nice from the street. Driving up the property was nothing special, due to simple/ minimal landscaping. Available parking in front of building. Pleasant greeting from worker in lobby. Quick easy transaction. Offered information on the breakfast hours. Room was large with a working fireplace (easy to use). Everything was clean. Opening day perfect, no but overall it was a comfortable overnight. The breakfast had enough offerings that we were able to grab and go. Location was ...

„We loved everything about the beautiful place, what a mansion! It was a warm welcome by the owners. The room was amazingly huge and beautiful decorated. We slept like babies under the soft linen. We got a great tip for dining, so we could indulge with 3 course dining. Breakfast was made with a lot of love, we could request exactly what we wanted. 🤗“

„The property is clean. The rates were good. It was very convenient to Cooperstown for the Hall of Fame Induction weekend. My husband really liked the shower amenities-- both the shower head and the Trader Joe's 3-in-1 soap. We enjoyed dinner at the Mill Pond in Jefferson. And the Fire Department had their annual fireworks display on Saturday night. Highly recommend Tandem Antiques, which is just down the street.“

„Staff was friendly, dietary options, bed was comfortable, water containers in room with comfotable lounger. Loved the power strip to accomodate my electronics. What can be improved is the parking for larger vehicles but a space was found for my husbands truck. Though the bathroom was tight, the room was spacious. Cooperstown is quiet but you feel relaxed and refreshed after your stay.“
