New! Hilltop Hideway w/arcade and hot tub!

Kick back and relax in this stylish space with city views and a backyard country feel.
This new construction has lots of little extras like the towel warmer and soaking tub in the Master bath. The amazing retro arcade area is so much fun!
4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a kitchen/living room that's spacious and open. Soak in the hot tub off the back porch or have a fire in the pit. Legacy Acres wedding venue is 4 miles away, popular restaurants, and all 3 colleges are so close.

The space
Our hideway is nestled on the city's hillside with a wooded backyard that gives that country feel. The interior floor plan (see photo) has an open kitchen/living room area with bedrooms and bath on each side of the open area.
Bedroom 1- King Bed (also an air mattress in closet)
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed
Bedroom 3- Queen Bed
Bedroom 4- Full/Twin bunk
Please take note- the house will accommodate 10 if the air mattress or arcade sleeper couch is used, but it sleeps 8 perfectly. We have just had requests for accommodations for 10 so we added the additional air mattress.

Our favorite part might just be the area reserved for a game room! Yes! If you like the old 80's arcade, you will feel right at home in the space!
Our arcade room has Pac-Man, skee ball, air hockey, Mario bros., basketball, and more coming soon!

The arcade couch pulls out to a sleeper and has an extra foam mattress pad for comfort in the Master closet.
There are no cameras in living/sleeping areas. There are outside cameras.
The camera is used to have proof if any equipment is damaged or broken and to identify extra guests or parties.

Outside you will find a cozy fire pit area, hot tub, or a swinging ENO area.

Guest access
Guest will have access the entire home and amenities.

Other things to note
Hillside Hideaway is minutes away from Legacy Acres, all three colleges, restuarants, and most activites in and around Conway.
