The White House - Spacious Modernized Farmhouse

This spacious modernized farmhouse will give your family the comfort of staying nearby many of Conneaut Lake’s great offerings. Your family can enjoy a completely renovated home that includes a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry room, and a living room that also boasts a warming fireplace and an amazing primary suite. Be the envy of all Conneaut Lake goers. Located minutes from Conneaut Lake Park, Fireman’s Beach and Tavern 618. Bring your boat! 200’ driveway!!

The upstairs primary suite includes a king size bed and a full bathroom including a relaxing soaking tub. The downstairs bedrooms include one room with two full beds, one with bunk beds, and one with a queen size bed. The backyard is yours to enjoy and make memories with loved ones and your pets as well, as the home is pet-friendly!

Full access to the house. No access to basement or garage.

We are located minutes down the road so please feel free to let us know if you need anything!

Located in the heart of the west side of Conneaut Lake. Conneaut Lake Park, Tavern 618 and Dollar General are in walking distance.

Great Property, Understanding Host
My friends and I stayed here for our yearly vacation, and we were not dissatisfied. The living room offers an extremely comfortable couch and a more than ample sized TV. The mostly open kitchen provides easy access to appliances, and the dining room table and chairs were very sturdy. The bedroom all had very comfortable beds and linens, and the bathrooms were all very clean. The master bathroom was especially nice and spacious. The only complaint would be the low water pressure in the downstairs bathroom and one of the master bathroom sinks, but those were minor inconveniences. I had an issue with my bank that caused a billing issue with our second payment, and our host Robert was very understanding throughout the whole process. Great property and a very pleasant stay.

Great stay!
The house was clean and beautiful and appears to be brand new. Beds were comfortable and so was the couch. The house is on a main road (not lakefront) so keep that it in mind, but it was a very easy drive to get to places. Host was responsive. Unfortunately the place is not heavily stocked with beach towels, regular towels, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc. (might be growing pains of being new), so bring what you need or you may end up making some trips down the street to Dollar General or Walmart.

Beautiful House, Comfortable and Clean
Such a beautiful clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of linens. So many amenities bluetooth speaker fans and colorful lighting in the bathrooms was a fun bonus. Spacious and perfect for 7 adults a teenager and an 8 year old. The kind additions are appreciated, very well thought out design. Can not stress enough how beautiful and clean this property is! Than you hosts!!

You can’t beat this!
What a great time we all had at the White House in Conneaut Lake! We were there for a class reunion and could not have stayed at a better property. What you see online is what you get…property was clean, bright, and very spacious…inside and out! Great back yard with fire pit,lighting, and Adirondack chairs. Great location for us and easy to find! And the host was as great as the property…reached out to him with a few questions and he was so prompt, friendly, and accommodating with his response. This property and host are more than 5 star!

Graduation Weekend For Our Daughter
Brought family up to celebrate for the weekend with our daughter who was graduating college. Had a great 3 day weekend. Everyone enjoyed the house and the fire pit. Everything was as described and very clean. Owner answered all questions quickly. Overall an excellent trip.

We arrived on 12/22 for our stay over the Christmas Holiday. It was like a hallmark movie when we walked in. Christmas tree and decorations were placed tastefully around the property. They really made this a special holiday Christmas cottage. You’ll love your stay at this very nicely remodeled cottage from top to bottoms. Great place to stay and We highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous home!
Wonderfully gorgeous and updated home. Very clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to a lake front beach that is under renovations. Should be really nice when its’ done. Only down side is the barn doors don’t really provide a lot of privacy or noise control. They sure look nice though! We would stay there again! Looking forward to next year!
