This is a real log cabin in Conifer, Colorado. Not a new build styled to feel rustic. Exposed log walls, vaulted pine ceilings, a hanging hammock swaying beside the gas fireplace stove. The kind of place where the city feels very far away, even though Denver is only 35 minutes behind you.

Two bedrooms carry original log walls. The master has a hand-crafted wood slice feature wall and a huge window that frames the forest like a painting. You wake up to pines and birdsong. No alarm needed.

Projector mounted overhead, pull-down screen, sectional with throw pillows, fire table center stage. Covered roof means sun, clouds, or Colorado afternoon rain, it doesn't matter. Three open sides mean the forest is always present. Guests have watched movies here in the outdoor movie theater at 10am and 11pm. Both are perfect.

• Dogs must remain leashed outdoors at all times. Wildlife and neighboring dogs roam the area

• Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Please bring your pup’s bed or favorite blanket

• Please clean up after your pet

• No other pets are permitted.
