„The location and the property itself is stunning. Check-in was easy and property manager and owner were very responsive. PM met us as soon as we arrived. The online pictures are accurate but the pictures themselves don’t do the property any justice-it’s stunning to watch the sunset right in front of you from either the boathouse patio or the upper patio near the kitchen. „My husband, son and I all enjoyed our stay at the very clean and cozy cabin. The pond is only a 2 minute walk and everything you need to enjoy it was provided. We enjoyed having breakfast on the back deck in the morning and fires in the firepit at night.“

„The moment you walk in you feel like you are home. The view was perfect in living area and up stairs bedroom. Even in the kitchen you felt like you could be apart of the conversation happening in the living area. It is a house my friends and I decide that it would be a house we would love to come back to in the future.“

„Great spot on Chalk Pond! Nice spacious home with plenty of bedrooms. Beautiful view of the pond. Easy to get into the water for swimming or boating or bob paddle boarding . Loved the hot tub and decks which were safe for our 2 year old granddaughter. Nice playground and tennis court down the street. Close to lake sunapee state park.“

„We stay. In Alton Bay each year for a couple of concerts at Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford. We extend it by staying for a couple of days at Lake Winnipesaukee The motel is perfectly located close to the venue and on the lake for swimming and boating while visiting BNH Pavilion. The motel is in a pine grove and is lake front. It's "!old school " feel reminds of my childhood. It's clean and quite, but no thrills.
