The staff is so great! I called two days before check-in to see if we could check-in early and the front desk was so nice and personable. She had me call back the next day and remembered me which doesn’t seem like a big deal but goes a long way in customer service for me. Classy place. Great room with automatic darkening shades. Sliding barn type bathroom door. The room has slippers and robes for you. The parking garage behind the building is a little confusing but I’m kind of a ditz. Definitely more signage would help though. The restaurant next door steak and seafood is delicious with a great staff as well

Toilet wasn’t flushing. After getting the maintenance on site to fix it, it still wasn’t fixed. We had to use our hand to get into the reservoir to manually flush all night.

The service is fantastic. Nice breakfast and complimentary. But the toilet in the room is pretty old, making a lot of noise.

Would stay there again
I stayed here for a business trip. The room had a front row view of charming downtown Concord and was clean and spacious. Huge TV. The shower was terrific- lots of hot water and a wide, strong spray. There is steakhouse in the building with a large cocktail bar. Room service is available from the restaurant. No one would say that Concord is the most sophisticated or cosmopolitan city, but there are lots of good spots you can walk to from the hotel. Very enjoyable stay.

Great hotel with large comfortable rooms, marble tiled bathrooms, and Keurigs with Starbucks pods for coffee in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants, theaters and shopping. Continental breakfast included with room rate. Free parking in adjacent garage on weekends.

They were very kind and professional. Expedia overbooked the room I wanted but they were able to accommodate me. I will not be booking with Expedia again, but instead with the hotels directly because I'd prefer communication over discounts. I most definitely will stay at Hotel Concord again. I felt very safe considering the location! Thank you!

The morning desk staff was somewhat chilly and would only speak when spoken to- no welcoming. The bathroom had a light burnt out and the cold water in the faucet had an issue- would not maintain full flow. The “feee” breakfast was meh. Options were limited and the coffee “machine” was underwhelming. For the price those options could be better. The room was beautiful and spacious. Housekeeping staff was friendly as was the afternoon desk staff. The location was great and parking on the weekend was easy. I would go back and recommend but there are a few things that could be improved- again, because of the price it is reasonable to expect more.

Although there was free parking, the directions for how to get from the garage to the hotel were somewhat confusing. I'm glad the rain held-off because I ended-up outside each time!
