Frio River Agua Bonita
Property was perfect size for our needs. Pool was great. Accommodations were spacious and plenty of privacy for all. A/C was not adequate and guest house was hot and humid.

Great House
This is a very nice property in a convenient location. We had 16 total guests and never felt cramped. The pool and outdoor patio area were great, especially with the Frio running dry due to the drought. We had a small issue with the A/C unit in the guest cottage upon arrival, but the mgmt team responded quickly. It was fixed in no time. We had a great time. Enjoy!

Much Needed Family-Time
The patio and pool were fantastic. We are a cooking family so each planned a dinner for the family! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking ware and utensils. The weather was too cool to fully enjoy the beautiful pool.

The outside space is where it's at!!
We LOVED this property. The inside is super dark as people mentioned, but you're not there to hang out inside during the day. The pool and yard are amazing. Watch for the acorns, though... they're out to get you. A broom onsite would be helpful to clear them out and save your footsies. Definitely going to keep this on our return list.

An oasis!

Fun place close to the river.
We enjoyed our stay here. The home is well equipped with everything you need. We spent most of our time in the pool. Lots of comfortable seating in the outdoor spaces around the pool and in the backyard.

Best annual get away
This property is overall the best place for our family of 16! Love the openness of the kitchen/dining and living area. The outdoor area is spectacular and works perfect for all our family. The guest house works best for my daughter and her 2 year old daughter! All the rooms inside the main house works for us all!! We plan to come back every year!!

Sad to leave
I called several times leading up to our vacation stay and everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful- seriously- I called like at least 6 times asking the most random questions. Everyone I spoke to was great. Agua Bonita was so awesome. The privacy, the pool, the lighting at night, the bar/tv with surround sound. Everyone had the best time. We can’t wait to come back. It was hard to leave - the days went by too fast.

We had a wonderful time. The property is as pictured. We all enjoyed the outdoor area and swimming pool. We were a group of 15 and all had plenty of room...never felt crowded. Fantastic family getaway.

Memorable Place!
This property provided everything I envisioned it would be for me and my family! It was clean, comfortable, serene and just gorgeous all around. We enjoyed the pool and my grandson enjoyed being DJ at night on the outside bar music system. In all this is definitely a place to come back next year if not sooner. Highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone!!

Family Getaway
Can't beat the location or pool area! And the owners were so nice. They love Concan and it shows! Important to note a few things about the property: 1. It's pretty rustic. It definitely has a river cabin feel to it! If you're looking for more refined or modern accommodations, this isn't the spot for you. (But the pool area has a lot of amenities, so it's a trade-off.) 2. If you pay to reserve linens, be aware that you will still have to make up the beds yourselves. We missed that info, and were surprised to have to make up the beds. We probably would have chosen to skip paying that extra fee and bring our own sheets if we'd realized we were making up beds, either way. 3. There's not a ton of light inside. Many of the rooms don't have bedside table lamps, so bring a reading light if you like to read at night!

Great house in a nice area.
House was great with nice pool and relaxing areas. Relaxation areas are impressive. Pool area and outside bar area. Nice area for just hanging out or river trips. It rained a considerable amount and property owners were very helpful about road closures and information about the area. We were never stranded as we were on the high grounds with unobstructed exits.

Awesome house
We had 3 families staying in the house. We all loved the beautiful pool area. Thee was enough room for all of us. We weren’t bumping elbows at all. I wish there would have been more space to unpack a suitcase in the third bedroom. I prefer not to live out of the suitcase because you always have to pull out the suitcase and then put it away. I think there needs to be more storage in the third bathroom. Shelves in the bathroom would have been nice but we made everything work just fine. We would definitely stay at the house again.

Aqua Bonita at Concan, Texas
We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Bonita. The house was equip with lots of games for our six grandkids. They had a blast in the swimming pool. It was nice having a grill and bar outside. Thank you for all your help and making this family vacation special for us.

Lovely spot
This was a lovely spot to stay, especially with the river being low. While some of our group went to the river, the pool was an excellent second option for some of us. The set up is nice outside. I especially loved the multitude of seating areas. The only thing I would mention is there is not much water pressure in the guest bath but we were able to use another bathroom for showers. The house is close to everything but the landscape gives plenty of privacy, which was a priority for us. I would stay here again.

Fantastic!

Beautiful property, awesome pool and yard
The process from start to finish couldn't have been easier. The owners were so kind and easy to communicate with throughout. This house was perfect for our large group for three nights. We were able to congregate around the large dining table, plenty of different tables and seating outside and surrounding the beautiful pool. Kind of a hassle to have to bring your own toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. but overall a wonderful stay and experience. Note the linens and towels are also not included and cost $150.
