Schönes Haus an schöner Lage
Leider ist der Text verschwunden! Dann Schreiben wir es halt nochmals. Danke an die Hausbesitzer, es hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Zufahrt ist sehr speziell, aber mit dem richtigen Auto, wir hatten einen JEEP, kein Problem. Die Hausübergabe war "kurz und schmerzlos", das war es dann auch schon mit dem Service. Besten Dank für den "Notvorrat"! Das Haus und das Grundstück sind toll, schnell hatten wir mit der gedeckten Lounge unseren Lieblingsplatz. Das Haus ist nicht neu aber gepflegt, der Wasserhahn in der Küche sollte jedoch dringend gemacht werden. Auch die Brause an der Aussendusche könnte ersetzt werden. Wir haben uns erlaubt, den Duschvorhang zu ersetzten, der alte Vorhang war nicht sehr appetitlich. Das Bett dürfte 20-40cm breiter sein, aber wir waren ja nur zu zweit und hatten Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Wir können das Haus empfehlen für Leute, die auch mal zuhause bleiben wollen. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe laden dazu ein. Unser Andalusien-Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Wasserhähne wurden erneuert und der Duschvorhang wurde durch eine Duschabtrennung ersetzt. Atemberaubende Villa
Eine atemberaubende Villa in exponierter Lage. Umgeben von einer malerischen Kulisse. Die Inneneinrichtung und Außenanlagen sind sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Der Pool war für unsere dreiköpfige Familie neben der Terrasse der Schauplatz unseres Aufenthaltes. Die Fahrt entlang der Berge ist mit einem Kleinwagen bei umsichtigen Fahren gut zu bewältigen. Allerdings waren wir das bereits von anderen Andalusien Reisen gewohnt. Jedoch sollte man etwas Zeit bis Torrox Costa (ca. 30 Minuten) oder Nerja (ca. 45 Minuten) einplanen. Über einen vorherigen Kommentar bezüglich des Flugzeuglärms kann ich nur den Kopf schütteln. Natürlich hört man gelegentlich mal entfernt ein Flugzeug. Ich tippe mal, die meisten sind in solch einem an und abgereist, oder? Einen besonderen Dank möchten wir an dieser Stelle noch einmal Kevin aussprechen. Ein herzlicher und zuvorkommender Mensch, auf den jederzeit Verlass war. So einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort zu haben trug wesentlich zu unserem erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub bei. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberfamilie Lammens war durchgehend angenehm und freundlich! Wir freuen uns wiederkommen zu dürfen!

Ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub
Ein phantastisches, komplett ausgestattetes Haus auf einem großen, gepflegten Grundstück in traumhafter Lage mit toller Aussicht. Alles in exzellentem Zustand und ausgesprochen sauber, sehr gepflegter Pool. Sollte dennoch mal etwas unklar oder nachzufragen sein, ist der Verwalter Kevin, der supernett ist, immer nur 1 Whatsapp entfernt. schnelles Internet ist vorhanden, Handynetz nicht. Ein Vorkommentator hat geschrieben, dass Hundegebell und der Hahn störend seien. Unsere Antwort hierauf: Wem das ländliche Andalusien zu laut ist, sollte besser zu Hause Urlaub machen. Auch die Bemerkung zu Flugzeuglärm ist völliger Blödsinn, wir haben jedenfalls nichts gehört. Auch braucht man für die Anfahrt keinen Geländewagen, wir hatten einen Opel Corsa und keinerlei Probleme, wobei die Anfahrt zugegebenermaßen ein wenig abenteuerlich und bei Dunkelheit nicht zu empfehlen ist. Leute, die abends bummeln möchten, mieten deshalb besser etwas Anderes. Wer aber einen entspannenden, erholsamen Urlaub in toller Umgebung verbringen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen will, ist hier goldrichtig. Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder!

TOP-Unterkunft mit abenteuerlichen Anfahrt
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Beschreibung und Bilder geben das Objekt zu 100% wieder. Was nicht benannt wurde war jedoch die sicherlich sehr abenteuerliche Anfahrt zum Objekt, welche zunächst über eine 5km lange Serpentinenstraße ohne Mittellinie in die Berge von Torrox führte und von da über einen sehr steilen und nur für eine Autobreite ausreichenden Schotter- und Betonweg hinab in ein Tal führte. Hier sollte man gerne auf ein Offroad-Fahrzeug zurückgreifen (oder beim Mietwagen gerne die All-Insurance-Variante wählen). Auch muss man sich darüber im Klaren sein, das das Objekt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafen Malagas liegt, welches zu erheblichen Flugverkehr in der Höhe von 3.000-4.000 Meter am Tag führt. Dieser ist deutlich zu vernehmen. Auch das besonders Nachts stattfindende Hundegebell von mehrerer Häusern im Tal muss erwähnt werden. Dagegen ist das morgendliche Wecken durch mehrere Hähne noch als "natürlich" zu beschreiben. Handynetz kann man aufgrund der Lage des Hauses nahezu komplett vergessen, was jedoch durch den sehr schnellen Internetzugang im Haus und dadurch z.B. Telefonate mittels WhatsApp kompensiert werden kann. Wenn man sich dieser Punkte im Vorhinein bewusst ist, kann man im Objekt einen wundervollen und erholsamen Urlaub verleben. Gerade an Pool oder in der Lounge hat man nahezu den ganzen Tag die spanische Sonne für sich. Im Haus selber fehlt es einem an nichts und der Verwalter vor Ort - Kevin - ist stets um jede Kleinigkeit bemüht und schafft Hindernisse schnell aus dem Weg.

Great Place to relax
Villa Pura Vida is the wright place to relax and to get some quite from the speedy life. The House and the pool are great, everything ist clean and in good kondition. When problems are there just call Kevin or Gilly. they will help. At the first day our flight was late and the Shops allmost where closed. But Kevin and Gilly arrainged some breakfest for us so we where safe for the first morning. thanks all for that. Always again.

Pssst: Super Urlaub
Pssst, Geheimtip! Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in einer tollen Unterkunft verbracht. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die hochwertige Einrichtung außen mit tollem Pool, Grill und großer Terrasse sowie innen mit einer super bequemen Sitzgarnitur!!! Tolle Küche, (vielleicht noch ein, zwei Töpfe und eine große Pfanne), viel Platz und schönes Bad. Die Kommunikation vorab mit den Besitzern war herzlich und immer gab es eine schnelle Antwort. Auch die Rückerstattung der Kaution erfolgte prompt. Vor Ort war Magnol immer freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und stets zur Stelle. Auch Willem der Gärtner war sehr nett und man bemerkte ihn kaum. Wir werden bestimmt wieder einmal dieses Haus mieten und möchten daher nicht zuviel verraten, damit es dann nicht ausgebucht ist. Auch die etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt nehmen wir gerne in kauf. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit und wären gern länger geblieben. Christine und Norbert

A lovely and quiet location in the hills
We had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable time at this villa, the location was wonderful and just what we were looking for as a place to relax for a week. It was well equipped and clean and the pool/outside areas were spacious and ideal for chilling either during the day or in the evening. The property manager, Kevin, was friendly and most helpful both on our arrival and on the one time we had a question for him during our stay. Finding the villa was a little tricky, but that was because we chose to try and find it ourselves rather than take up the offer of being met by Kevin at a local fuel station. The drive down from the main road can be a little bumpy, so care is required but this short drive down if definitely worth it and we would definitely visit again.

Merci pour votre avis positif! Nous avons choisi un climatiseur avec une minuterie pour des raisons écologiques. Les ventilateurs assurent également un certain rafraîchissement pendant la nuit et sont moins polluants. Lovely villa and outside space.
It was unfortunate that it was raining when we arrived in Spain but this was not so depressing when we arrived at the villa. It had a lovely lounge with gorgeous views all round. The electric radiators and air con provided much needed warmth. Luckily by the following day the weather perked up so we could enjoy the outdoor space. The outdoor kitchen and bbq was wonderful with much needed shade whilst cooking. And we loved the pagoda seating area with 360 degree views. Sun or shade depending where you sat anytime of day. Wonderful! The pool is just a nice size for a swim or cool down. The kitchen is well equipped with a modern hob and oven. A King size bed would be a nice addition to the bedroom. Plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. My only grumble would be the bathroom. That shower curtain and me did battled everyday. A shower cubicle would be better. I dislike stepping in and out a bath although I appreciate some people like baths. Just my personal opinion. The road leading to the villa by Andalusia standards is pretty good. It’s mostly made up, not too narrow or steep. Once you’ve done it once or twice it isn’t too bad, especially when you see how steep or narrow some of the roads are nearby. Competa and Torrox towns are about 15/20 minutes drive as too to Torrox beach for shops and restaurants. I would say if you plan on doing more cooking than eating out then stop at a Carefour on the way from the airport to the villa as shops nearby aren’t huge. Co-Op size.

We have stayed at many villas across Spain and Portugal and this villa is amongst the best Its private and quiet with great views down the valley the house and pool are excellent All essentials are provided for cooking inside and out we love our barbeques, Visiting local towns is easy enough with a car aand we really liked Nerja which has lots of choice food wise and a busy but pleasant atmosphere We only met Kevin and he was great, explained everything and we knew he was available if needed Many thanks to Kevin , Geert and Sofie we had a lovely holiday after waiting three years due to Covid hope to return sometime in the future Regards Gary and Gill PS: Plenty of Gecko's around ( little lizard things ) and we worked out thats what the drawings are in the guest book lol

Relax en en la montaña
La casa es fantástica, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Si tienes intención de aislarte y disfrutar del alojamiento, desde luego es tu sitio. El único inconveniente es el camino de llegada a la casa (estrecho y con algunos badenes profundos), el acceso es complicado porque está en medio de la montaña. Esto nos ha limitado la opción de salir y hacer más turismo por la zona. Pero ha merecido la pena.

La casa está muy bien, es cómoda y dispone de todo lo necesario. La zona de la piscina es lo mejor y donde pasábamos la mayor parte del día. La barbacoa está genial. Lo único malo era que el aire acondicionado solo estaba en el salón y hubiera estado bien que hubiera en las habitaciones. Lo peor de la casa era el acceso desde la carretera. Era realmente difícil llegar a ella, ya que había que ir varios km por caminos sin asfaltar, con muchos baches y el gps perdía la señal. Hay que tener en cuenta el tipo de vehículo, ya que puede dar con los bajos. El descanso está asegurado allí y si lo que buscas es tranquilidad no dudes que la vas a encontrar.

Prachtige woning op heel mooie plek!
Als je zoekt naar een plek waar je echt even weg bent van de bewoonde wereld en waar je echt tot rust kunt komen, dan is dit ecbt een top plek. In een vallei met rondom uitzicht op de bergen begroeid met druiven mango’s en avocado’s , staat dit hele comfortabele en zeer compleet uitgeruste huis. De ontvangst was heel prettig en in het huis is echt alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Ook leuke spelletjes . Het terras en het zwembad zijn geweldig. Wij waren met onze dochter van 11 en zoon van 16 en we hebben ons heel goed vermaakt. Zoals anderen ook al hebben aangegeven is de weg naar het huis toe wel even een uitdaging (smalle en stijle en ongeasfalteerde weggetjes) maar daar een je na een paar keer oefenen wel aan. De bedden zijn goed, er is een buitenkeuken met een hele fijne bbq, in de keuken vind je een enorme lading aan servies en keukengerei . Wil je naar de kust of de supermarkt dan is dat ongeveer 25 minuten rijden. Wij zouden graag nog eens terugkomen!

Super udstyret villa
Et lækkert hus med alt hvad der behøves. Dejlig pool og poolområde. Huset har alt det nødvendige og er godt indrettet. Personligt syntes vi at der manglede aircondition i de 2 værelser, men ellers er der ikke noget der mangler. Kevin var hjælpsom, rar og let at kommunikere med. Vi havde en fantastisk ferie og tænker at leje huset igen en gang i fremtiden😎

Tolle Unterkunft ruhig gelegen
Wieder konnten wir wunderschöne Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbringen. Perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet. Super Panoramablick in die Berge und vor allem der großzügige Außenbereich bei dem man das ganze Grundstück uneingeschänkt nutzen kann. Schön das alles so offen ohne Trennwände ist und somit die komplette Größe des Grundstücks erhalten bleibt. Kompliment dafür an die Vermieter. Der Kontakt vor Ort mit Gilly und Kevin sehr gut. Schade nur das wir wieder nach Hause mußten, aber Casa Pura Vida sieht uns wieder.

We have had a most wonderful week in this house (fam. of 5). Very clean, practical rooms, everything you need. Extremely nice view across the mountains and valley, and very comfortable outside area pool. Very quite surrounding. It is somewhat in the country-side and a somewhat exiting drive to get there, but that makes it even more relaxing.

The perfect place to relax and unwind
If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then Casa Pura Vida fits the bill. Set in the heart of a valley, the villa offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and mountains in the distance. The villa itself is beautifully well presented and extremely well equipped- one of the best I have ever seen. Here you can enjoy all the delights of outdoor living with a good sized sheltered terrace (seats 6) and also a delightful gazebo/ pergola complete with comfy seating, cushions and screens if you need to create some shade. There is also a good sized pool- perfect for cooling off, if you need to. If you wish to explore the surrounding area, the villa is within easy driving distance of many attractive white villages. It is also an hour’s drive on the autovía to Málaga,where you can explore this wonderful city as well as board a train to visit Córdoba, Sevilla and Granada. All in all, this is an excellent villa with all the comforts of home while also a great base from which to explore so much of wonderful Andalucīa. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I do hope to return in the future.

Wonderful stay
Had a wonderful stay at Casa Pura Vida - the villa is splendid, really big, well-appointed and with the most fantastic vista. Spent the week with family in the pool, bbqing, and listening to music and couldn't have wanted for a better stay. Kevin was extremely helpful, personally guiding us to the villa, and helping return a Mobile Phone we left in our haste to get to the airport on departure.

Prachtig gelegen Villa
We (gezin met 2 tieners) hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit fijne huis. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Wifi werkt ook goed! Buiten is het genieten van het prachtige uitzicht, zwembad en fijne loungeplek. Goed gelegen om de omgeving te verkennen. Malaga is maar 40 minuten rijden. We willen Kevin (contactpersoon) bedanken voor de goede zorgen!

Fantastic retreat
We had a relaxing stay in this very well equipped villa Truly away from it all relaxation Met by Kevin who was informative and very patient on the road/track to the villa pointing out various places to avoid ie pot holes. We soon got used to the track. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would certainly stay again in the future C & M ROBSON

Schitterend gelegen
Deze villa is een oase van rust. Is schitterend gelegen enkel de toegangsweg is aan de moeilijke kant. Het huis is zeer goed ingericht al wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De natuur is er mooi, een beetje wild . Wij hebben genoten van de rust en de kalmte. Niet geschikt voor mensen die houden van een druk stadsleven. Alles in een woord : prachtig.

Beste, Dank voor uw recensie! Er worden nog werken uitgevoerd aan de weg waardoor deze toegankelijker wordt. Het is een klein avontuur maar de mooie en rustige ligging maken het helemaal goed!

Fabulously wonderful much needed retreat
Busy busy working lives we really needed seclusion and relaxation , we were not disappointed , yet once mountain road mastered , only 20 mins from everything ... very clean , well equipped ... both Danielle and her partner and Sophie and Geert great hosts .. there if you need them respectful of your letting if you don't ... we will absolutely return

Prachtige villa met heerlijk terras en zwembad
Met een gezin van 5 waaronder drie tienerkinderen verbleven wij een week in deze prachtige villa. De villa ligt enigszins afgelegen in de vallei (doch omringd door andere villa's). Je rijdt er naar toe in een kleine 10 minuten vanaf de hoofdweg over een smalle en op sommige stukken oververharde bergweg. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken is zeer compleet met een ruime koelkast en vriezer. Hierdoor hoefden wij niet elke dag weg (toch 25min rijden naar de dichtst bijzijnde bakker/supermarkt). Alle boodschappen kunnen makkelijk worden opgeborgen, ook stokbrood gewoon in de vriezer. Het terras met zwembad is fantastisch! Een ruim terras met 4 goede ligstoelen. Er is veel privacy, omliggende villa's hebben nauwelijks zicht op het terras. Op het overdekte terras hebben wij heerlijk kunnen eten en bbq-en en ondertussen genoten van het uitzicht. Minpunt was het hele kleine tweepersoonsbed (140cm x 180cm?). Als je 1,98m bent en je ligt met zijn tweeen slaapt dat niet heel lekker. Gelukkig maakte de relaxte dagen op een ligbedje aan het zwembad dat wel weer enigszins goed. Al met al echt genoten van een relaxte week in deze heerlijke villa met fantastisch terras en zwembad!
