Excellent property / Great communication

I just stayed at Charming Como in May for 2 nights for a short business trip. The apartment was extremely clean. It was well furnished, with plenty of room and lots of windows. The host had extremely good communication and made the entire process simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

We loved our stay in the Charming Como property ! The location was perfect, in the heart of everything. We were a block from a bakery that made the most amazing bread, a few blocks from the lake and steps from amazing restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a perfect place to wind down after a day in Como. BUT, the best part was waking up to the smell of coffee and fresh baked pastries wafting up from the cafe below! WOW! If you want an amazing place to stay in Como, look no further.

Lake Como family trip

This place has everything to accommodate adults, kids and young toddlers. I stayed here with my husband, two boys (5 and 2) and mom (72) for three nights. We used the place as a base to explore the city center of Como and to travel to Bellagio. Great central location, close to shops/grocery store/ferry, with all the necessary amenities, including A/C, washer, kitchen items, and much more. Alexia was also very kind to provide thorough check in instructions, parking options, and other details to make the stay as easy and comfortable for first time visitors. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful Como

This apartment was perfectly located on the old town, over a bakery/restaurant and a 30 second walk to coffee. We walked to groceries, the boat, the funicular, pizza and the churches and shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome. There was no downside to this apartment and I would highly recommend it!

Great launching pad for Como

We only had a short stay but it was perfect for ourselves and our two kids. Apartment is modern and spotless, right on a beautiful street in the pedestrian area of town. Wish we had more time there!

A perfect stay

This two bedroom, two bath property is only the second property we have stayed at that is truly excellent in all respects. Ideally located a couple of blocks from the Duomo and with spacious, clean, modern bathrooms. The kitchen is also light-filled and we found it well-equipped for the occasional meal, including a DW. In one of the baths, a small washer which actually did the trick. There were many small touches such as washcloths with the towel sets, diffused aromatic oil in the bathrooms, a complete and helpful guide to Como in the LR - even for frequent visitors like us, and a welcome bottle of (good) Prosecco. The owner, Alexia, is kind, lively and responsive. This is a solid 2BR choice for travelers seeking a quality, convenient and comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Como.

Charming Como is that and so much more!

Charming Como is the perfect location with easy access to everything in the city and on the lake. Alexia, the hostess is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond for everything! She is extremely responsive. Alexia gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants, things to do and even found us easily accessible to the apartment parking at the last minute! The apartment was spotless and extremely well appointed! I would not hesitate to recommend Charming Como and would definitely stay again! Thank you for a lovely break!
