Perfection

Beautiful Como
This apartment was perfectly located on the old town, over a bakery/restaurant and a 30 second walk to coffee. We walked to groceries, the boat, the funicular, pizza and the churches and shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome. There was no downside to this apartment and I would highly recommend it!

Great Location!
We loved our stay in the Charming Como property ! The location was perfect, in the heart of everything. We were a block from a bakery that made the most amazing bread, a few blocks from the lake and steps from amazing restaurants. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room was a perfect place to wind down after a day in Como. BUT, the best part was waking up to the smell of coffee and fresh baked pastries wafting up from the cafe below! WOW! If you want an amazing place to stay in Como, look no further.

Lake Como family trip
This place has everything to accommodate adults, kids and young toddlers. I stayed here with my husband, two boys (5 and 2) and mom (72) for three nights. We used the place as a base to explore the city center of Como and to travel to Bellagio. Great central location, close to shops/grocery store/ferry, with all the necessary amenities, including A/C, washer, kitchen items, and much more. Alexia was also very kind to provide thorough check in instructions, parking options, and other details to make the stay as easy and comfortable for first time visitors. Thank you for everything!

This is a wonderful apartment that matches the pictures. It is close to everything and a good base to explore the whole Lake Como area. Alexia is a very in touch and helpful host. Convenience does have a small price in noise at night.

Hello Kent Thank You for your feedback: I’m sorry if You had noises at night and also a little bit surprised because in the street there are no restaurants or other commercial activities opened during the night except a small one that close within midnight. Anyway apartment has double windows in each room ….

A perfect stay
This two bedroom, two bath property is only the second property we have stayed at that is truly excellent in all respects. Ideally located a couple of blocks from the Duomo and with spacious, clean, modern bathrooms. The kitchen is also light-filled and we found it well-equipped for the occasional meal, including a DW. In one of the baths, a small washer which actually did the trick. There were many small touches such as washcloths with the towel sets, diffused aromatic oil in the bathrooms, a complete and helpful guide to Como in the LR - even for frequent visitors like us, and a welcome bottle of (good) Prosecco. The owner, Alexia, is kind, lively and responsive. This is a solid 2BR choice for travelers seeking a quality, convenient and comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Como.

Charming Como is the perfect location with easy access to everything in the city and on the lake. Alexia, the hostess is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond for everything! She is extremely responsive. Alexia gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants, things to do and even found us easily accessible to the apartment parking at the last minute! Perfectly Charming
Charming Como is exactly that- charming and then some! Alexia is a gracious hostess who makes your stay a priority from check in to check out. Perfect location in the heart of old town with easy access to the lake, the duomo and many cafes & shops. Awesome trip and fantastic host!
Everything and more, we loved our stay! Alexis is a wonderful host and even picked us up from the train station. the property is better than the photos and alexia is a fantastic host. the property is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to vacation properly. it is conveniently located to explore como and the surrounding area. Alexia arranged for convenient parking nearby and our car was available when we needed it (thank you, Ferruccio!). Alexia was speedy in her responses to my numerous inquiries prior to check in and during our stay. Her recommendations were reliable and accurate. Beautiful location and Awesome Owner!
We had an incredible week at this lovely home. Great location and a wonderful base from which to explore the Como area. Alexia was wonderful to communicate with and accommodated meeting us late on check in day and got us settled in and reviewed everything with us regarding the property. The home is indeed “charming” with anything you could possibly need. Everything from great restaurants to the train station and the lake itself are all within walking distance. Perfect in every way!

What a Wonderfull Property
We had a fantastic time in Como, and loved staying at Alexia’s property. She was so kind, helpful and responsive in advance, and is even more wonderful in person. We let her know when we would arrive and she was at the apartment to greet us when our taxi pulled up. The property is in a perfect location, and it was spotless and well appointed. We loved every minute of our visit to Como and would not hesitate to return to this property on future trips. Wonderful stay in Como
We spent the first 2 nights in Italy in Como in this wonderful location! Alexia was so helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable! We were traveling with two couples, so the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it private and plenty of room for all. A nice bonus was a great bakery downstairs!!!

Excellent apartment and location. Alexis was great to work with.
The apartment was excellent for 2 couples traveling together in Europe. 2 bedrooms. 2 full baths and a nice kitchen and sitting area. The location was perfect, right in the middle of old Como. May restaurants and shops nearby.The Lake Como boats are right down the street. The parking is a few blocks away but was manageable. Alexis was great to work with and her tour and restaurant advice was invaluable to people that haven't been to Como. We were all very happy with everything.

Simply stunning
The property was even better than the pictures portrayed. Thoughtful touches such as cold bottle of water and a cold bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as a welcome. Very comprehensive information folder provided which included lots of suggestions of cafes, restaurants and things to do. Pods for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher provided as were other cleaning products. The kitchen was amazing with all the utensils you could think of being provided. Crockery, cutlery and glasses all of a high quality. The location was fantastic! Step out the door to a beautiful bread and pastry shop. Everything in walking distance. The apartment was immaculate and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Como. Alexia our host was always available and responded to emails quickly. One of the best properties we have stayed in to date. Highly recommended.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay in Como. Our hostess, Alexis, was so charming and helpful. She met us at the parking lot, helped with the bags, and took an hour to show us around and get us settled. A lovely lady and a great help. A wonderful Apartment
This charming and well appointed apartment is located in the heart of Como within easy walking distance to grocery, small specialty food shops, restaurants, the Duomo, the ferry, parks and everything you want to see and do. In fact there is even a bakery on the street floor of the building! The apartment itself is fully updated with two nice bedrooms, each with heir own modern baths (one with a wash machine), a kitchen with every amenity and needed appliance. We would definitely stay here again! And Alexia was a gracious host with lots of helpful tips.

Lovely apartment in the center of Como!
This is a very nice, well equipped apartment in the center of Como. Lots of restaurants, shopping and close to the lake. Our family of 4 had an enjoyable time staying in Como. Would definitely rent this apartment again.

Perfect in everyway
Our family spend a week at this Charming Como Apartment in July 2017. The owner, Alexia, made sure we knew exactly how to get to the apartment and was there to greet us. She spent about an hour with us explaining how all the appliances worked (dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner etc), which restaurants were best (our favorite was Osteria del Gallo) and what were the best sights in the area to visit. The apartment was very clean and modern and is perfectly located on the second floor above a bakery and coffee shop. The apartment was sound proof so noise was not a problem when the windows were closed. Despite the July heat, the air conditioner in the main room kept the apartment comfortable. From the windows you get a view of a very vibrant city. Everything is in walking distance (both train stations, car park, boat dock, beach club, shopping). We have stayed at many HomeAway properties and this one is one of the best. We plan to return and won't even consider staying at another place.

Great!
Alexia is a wonderful host offering a first-class booking service and well-presented apartment. Everything is as described in the listing; clean, modern, well-equipped, tastefully-decorated, first-floor unit. I'd highly recommend the apartment for anyone hoping to enjoy an extended stay in the heart of vibrant Como and would happily return given the opportunity. Missing Como already!
