This property has the best management company-they are very responsive and friendly! The area was fantastic-only a short drive to Ohio State-less than 5 minutes! Our family had plenty of room and we were very comfortable staying here!

Everything was fine. Very close to our convention center. I was comfortable in the house and felt safe. Lots of young people around. The only thing was we had a hiccup with getting our code to get in but it all worked out. I am use to having a list for when you check out and arrive. I would book this house again

The AC in the house was amazing and it was such a relief to stay in a place that let me turn down to how I prefer to sleep. The only point of criticism I could make is that I slept in the second floor bedroom in the middle and while the bed and all the amenities were comfortable I will say that the nightstand tables were very flimsy and I think they might need new upgrades. Besides everything was clean and very enjoyable.

The kitchen was really clean, which we appreciated having a food allergy in our family. The location was great for getting to our activities in Columbus quickly and easily. There is a grocery store close by. For being in the city, it was on the quieter side. Of course there is some road and neighbor noise when you are in the city. The beds were comfortable, and it was really nice having two full bathrooms for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were enough k cups of coffee for our whole stay as well. Overall a great experience!

Beautiful home! Close to Ohio State University and the expressway.

The hosts were very flexible with my schedule. We stayed almost 2 weeks as we had a home remodeling project going on at our home that required a longer stay than expected. The communication with the host was excellent. They were accommodating.

Property was not as expected. Very steep steps to go upstairs. Not a lot of comfortable seating in the living room. Musty smell noted upon entrance. Shower curtain in bathroom very dirty and moldy. Air conditioner in large bedroom on 2nd floor did not work. House is 4 stories. Host was very responsive.

Nice home

House was great, clean and comfortable. Attentiveness was amazing. House is old and I would not recommend if you have an older person who cannot do steps. They are narrow and I worried that my mother would fall so I spotted her every trip up and down. There are also not enough lights in the house or fixtures that work. I just like more light for safety. It’s close to osu campus with a short drive or bike ride so that means it can get loud outside. Place is perfect though for osu games. We were there to visit family down the street so it was perfect for us.
