The space
Welcome to your stay at this beautiful north Columbus retreat. When you arrive at this lovely home you will find a spacious drive with a 3-car garage for all your parking needs. The front entrance welcomes you to an open foyer that is nestled between the elegant dining room and the office/poker room. The ground floor of this 3-level home also contains a thoughtfully designed living room that is open to the well-equipped chef’s kitchen with dinette, ½ bath, and a mud room off the garage entrance.

The basement contains a home theater room that doubles as a bedroom with a queen size daybed/sofa which has a pullout full size bed underneath. Just off the theater/bedroom is a beautiful full bath, making this bedroom its own suite. Across from the basement theater/bedroom is a nicely equipped gym (don’t skip leg day!) that also has a ping pong table for some inside fun.

The upstairs has 4 inviting bedrooms. There is a large master bedroom with a full bath featuring a very deep soaking tub and separate shower. There is an additional king-bed suite with a full bath and two more bedrooms that are conjoined by a jack-and-jill bath that has 2 double sized beds in them each.

The main attraction of your stay will be the incredible outdoor oasis with an amazing pool. As you step out of the back sliding glass doors you are greeted by a large patio featuring an outdoor fireplace nestled in front of a cozy sofa and outdoor dining table. Just beyond the patio is the oh so inviting zero-entry heated salt water pool. Next to the pool is another outdoor sofa covered by a relaxing pergola that has string lights that run along the pool deck and around the pool. The pool deck also has plenty of loungers for soaking up those glorious rays. Next to the pool is a kid’s playground for hours of entertaining and tiering out the little ones.

It's possible to forget that you are just minutes from all the city’s action while you are making yourself at home in this beautiful retreat. But don’t! there is so much to enjoy in Columbus and surrounding communities. You will be only a few quick minutes to downtown. Take in the Short North’s incredible selection of restaurants and bars. See the Blue Jackets at Nationwide arena or the Crew in the brand-new soccer stadium. Catch a Clippers baseball game at Huntington Park. You are also not far from The Ohio State University. Watch the Buckeyes play in the historic Horseshoe (Ohio Stadium). That’s not all, Experience Dublin! Here you are just minutes to downtown Dublin and the amazing Bridge Park area that has some of the best restaurants and night life in town. Don’t miss out on Dublin’s Memorial Tournament hosted by Jack Nicklaus at the prestigious Muirfield Village Golf Course. You are also just a quick trip away from the Columbus Zoo and Zoombezi bay water park. Need to get in a run? Shoot over to Antrim Park and run (or bike) on the best trails in the city.
