Upon arrival at this facility no front staff. When she appeared out of the back office she was unfriendly. On the way to our room the elevator was disgusting. Food and garbage on the floor. Once we arrived to the third floor there was bagged up garbage and dirty linens in the hall that was still there when we checked out at 9 am the next day.The “master” switch in our room turned very light in the room on and off including the bathroom light. We decided to go swimming at the pool which closed at 10pm. Our key cards did not work to let us in the pool area. At 9:50 while myself, my family and another family were IN the pool all of the lights were turned off. There were no towels to be found in the pool area. When we got back to our room our key cards did not work. Went to the front desk and was told I must have deactivated them so the unfriendly woman activated them. Went back to our room and the keys still didn’t work. Went back to the front desk and she said the battery in the door must be dead. A man walking in from outside was summoned to the desk and she told him to put a battery in our door. We waited about 10 minutes in front of our door in the hallway for him. When he arrived with a tool cart the stench of terrible body odor filled the hallway. He told us he was not actually maintenance. He proceeded to tell my 9 year old he needed to exercise because he’s fat. No body wash in shower or hand soap. DONT STAY!

I was given a two gueen beds I had reserved a king bed the mattress in this was very old had to try and sleep in the middle of the bed so I wouldn’t fall out never use again

Comfortable beds and pillows love they have dove for there shampoo soap. The only negative no towels in the pool area. And breakfast was amazing more than a continental breakfast they had eggs beacon.

The property was nice and comfortable, and the area was convenient and safe. My booking was only for one night, and now that I'm home I see that they put an extra $100 hold on my bank account at check-in (and didn't tell me - I called and they said that they have a sign on the desk explaining it), and that this charge may not be returned for up to 14 days. I understand the reasoning, but it would be really helpful if Expedia published this because I could have very easily been traveling on a much smaller budget and not have been able to accommodate this charge. Also, the charge was about the same as my entire reservation cost - it's ridiculous. End rant, haha.

We did not have a shower curtain. Our door keypad did not work and no one could fix it so someone had to stay in the room at all times or we would be locked out of our room. The housekeeping manager informed us and other concerned paying customers that she did not have food in the back to put out. No eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc. She herself was kind but couldn't fix the problem. Only one person took a shower and there was no hot water only room temp. I left my phone number at the front desk for the manager that we were not allowed to talk to on the weekend because they were not working and did not receive a phone call today even though we were told they would be in at 6:30 am. I waited for a phone call in hopes to recieve help and now I am writing this review at 7:30 pm on Monday evening even though our stay ended Sunday morning.

The bathroom sink was clogged and didn't drain. The room refrigerator was turned off so it was hot and would not cool down. The breakfast tables were all shakey. Just needs some general maintenance with some attention to detail.
