We were happy with the hotels accommodations, as we had to arrive late and they kept our room and we appreciated that. However, we were unable to shower when we arrived because the shower was frigid. That was very disappointing.

Not Bad but seen better
Was a great Hotel but they do allow more riffraff there than they should. Someone decided to catch their room on fire at 2am and of course everyone in the hotel was outside for over a hour.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We did, however, have to evacuate at 2:30am due to a room fire on the second floor. Although not the fault of the hotel, it was very scary and unpleasant. We didn't stay as mild child would have been too scared to return to the room. We drove 2 1/2 hours home instead. Needless to say, we were exhausted. The hotel is supposed to honor a refund of the nights charge. I sincerely hope they do.

During the middle of the night, some person on our floor went crazy and set a pillow on fire and ran around with an ax. Causing everyone to evacuate and be displaced for 4 hours. We ended up leaving because they were not allowing us to return to our room and waited for over 3 hours. Hope a refund will come because that was terrible !

Fire alarm went off at 2am, had to evacuate building. After to he fire department cleared the building for entry and we could go back to our room, the fire alarm went off another couple times. Did not have to leave room but did not get much sleep. Hotel offered to comp room with booking agency permission, coffee was comped the next day but the bistro did not stay open later than normal scheduled except for coffee. Had to get breakfast outside of hotel.

Rooms are ok. Looks like water damage repairs everywhere. Staff was great. No maintenance on holidays. Pornography on the treadmill screen was a bit offensive. Staff couldn't shut it off either.

The people at the desk are friendly. My son has cancer and is receiving treatment near by. It is convenient to stay there and the people remember us every time; they are so welcoming!

There is alot about this property that im not pleased with. 1st keys wouldnt open the room because was someone else room. 2nd was the room that they gave us was bad. The wall paper was falling off the wall. 3rd the pool was supposed to open an bolt shut. Wouldn't recomand this place .

We were booked at the wrong hotel. We had to reschedule our dates and we got booked at wrong hotel. Far away from where we wanted to to be. We couldn’t cancel or switch.. never book again with Expedia. I’ve learned my lesson 😒

We arrived at 7:30 pm and were told by the desk that the bar/dining area would be available until 10 pm. We came down at 8:30 pm to order some food, was told by the worker sitting on her ass, on her phone, that, "I'm not doing food." Welcome to the Marriott! Really delightful encounter.

Very disappointing
The hotel was average. They got our booking wrong (booked a single king size bed and sofa got two queen size beds instead). We figured we were only there to sleep so whatever. The big issue was in the morning when someone in the room above us took a shower water started pouring from the light fixture above our tub. Contacted the front desk and all i got was "oh that's not good" and told someone from maintenance would take a look. No one ever showed (we waited over an hour and then it was almost time for to have to check out). When we left the front desk who i know was the same guy i talked to on the phone about the water issue said very little and didn't seem interested. So next time i'm going to visit friends in Columbus i will definitely not stay here.

I booked a King and was told they were sold out so they put me in a queen room. The tub in the bathroom was absolutely disgusting so they transferred me to another queen suite room. The bathroom sink had an issue with leaking as did the toilet. The sofa and chairs were stained and gross.

Older hotel that needs refurbishing and update. There are no charging outlets in the unit. Get rid of the bathtubs and put in showers.
