After booking this location over a month in advance, paying the full amount, and trying to get a code to check in from the airport, I and Vrbo support was unable to reach the company I paid to get the check in information in time, so I had to pay for a hotel room. Someone contacted me at 10:30 PM to let me know the door code, at which point it was too late, we were already checked in to hotel. If I don’t get my full refund, I’ll be contacting the BBB and a lawyer for recompense. Worst experience with VRBO ever.
