„The staff here was absolutely fantastic, especially Lailah! We also met one of the cleaners, who was lovely, as well as a friendly man who came to look at our phone that wasn't working (I also pointed out the cracked shower tiles to him). I've given 5 stars for cleanliness, because this was honestly one of the cleanest apartments we've ever stayed in! „Felt very safe with secure parking and entry access. Apartment was clean and modern. It had everything we needed.“

„As soon as I opened the door to my room a strong urine smell hit me. Even with an open window the smell did not go away. The pictures indicated a sink in the room which was not there. The bathrooms were okay and the staff was friendly but very short with explaining the hotel and surroundings. The price of course was cheap but for me not worth it and I would not stay there again.“

„Great little stop over for one or two nights. Rooms are clean and well maintained, there is a bar and cafe onsite and many dining and shopping options within 10 min drive. Would recommend.“

„Der erste eindruck war sehr positiv. Wenn auch die Hilfe betr. Ausflügen am Empfang eher dürftig war. Das lag wohl auch daran, dass Maitland nicht im Herzen der Hunter Valley Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt. Wer wirklich das Hunter Valley mit seinem Gardens und den Winzern anschauen will, der sollte eher ein Hotel In Proserpine oder Cessnock suchen.“
