„The room was lovely and clean. I had requested a top floor away from the highway and got put on 3rd floor facing the traffic. I’m a light sleeper so the overhead noise is an issue. The coffee maker in the room was missing a part so I couldn’t make coffee in my room. Over all my stay was enjoyable and I will be returning once again to stay here. “

I went back to the front desk, told her my concerns and she spoke to the manager. the manager showed me a different room and then went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were meant. I would not have stayed had it not been for her! She was fantastic!
