Louisiana Family Colorado Getaway
We enjoyed our 10 night stay in you're lovely house. It was great for our needs. The main floor was a nice size with the LR, DR, open kitchen, half bath, laundry nook and patio door to nice sized fenced in back yard. The basement housed a bedroom, LR, and bathroom. The upstairs had the master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom, along with 2 additional bedrooms and a hall bath. The garage was nice to use especially in inclement weather. The kitchen was furnished with all the basics and then more. There were plenty of towels...for our party of 6 plus a toddler. The beds were fairly comfortable. We always take a 3 inch memory foam mattress on our vacations, so that addition to the king bed made us feel at home. We used the house as our home base for all our outings...:Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Old Colorado city, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Denver, Denver Aquarium, Denver Zoo, Stratahans Whiskey Distillery, and numerous restaurants. (Denver Zoo was not worth the trip as many of the inclosures were empty. ) Thanks so much for having us!!

Spacious, comfortable home
We really enjoyed staying at this house for a short family reunion. It is very spacious. It was a very nice touch to have robes available for us to use while we relaxed in the very nice hot tub in the back yard. We also appreciated the numerous spices, etc. available for us to use while cooking meals.

Big enough house, not too clean
The house offered my family and I enough space. My kids’ clothes had animal hair all over them. Dishes in cups boards had food on them. Same with frying pan. Had to wash everything before we used it. Kitchen had crumbs under cupboards upon arrival. Hair in main master drain upon arrival. Previous renters food in over, smelled awful. How much is cleaning fee?

Highly Recommend
We had a wonderful stay at Alexandria’s beautiful house. The house was very clean, comfortable, decorated well, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Alexandria was quick to text me back when I had a question prior to our trip. Everything was spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. My daughter loved having the entire basement to herself!! The backyard was fenced and spacious. If possible, I would only suggest covering those open “well areas” in the backyard for the safety of any children or pets that may visit. Beautiful house inside and close to all the events we chose to do. We will definitely stay again here in the future if we visit Colorado again. Thanks so much for your hospitality! :)

Almost perfect!
The house is beautiful and very spacious. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy but we had zero issues with that. The location is ideal, close to the airport and most all the places we planned on going. We had an issue and the owner was there in the morning to address it. Only downside was not all bedrooms have tvs so if you want one you have to stay in the master. With that being the only con to this property, we would definitely stay there again!

It served our needs well
I rented this house with 3 other friends. We otherwise would have rented 3 hotel rooms near the airport. We spent long days east of the airport and really only slept in the house. It was perfect to come back shower and have a place to hang out together before going to bed. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but with the garage, we had no worries of anything we might leave in the car.

House was clean. The kitchen could use some more utensils such as spatulas for cooking pancakes and for scraping bowls. Hand mixer did not work. We left a note and put it in a bag on the counter so the next guest would not get surprised. The stair railings both up and down could use some attention-they are coming loose and for us old folks rails are very important on the stairs. Rails on the front steps, the garage steps and the patio would be a great addition. We really enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect for our family get togethers. Will reserve it again should we have another occasion in the future

Unsafe but cheap
There were a lot of parts of the property that didn't seem very safe. The banister leading upstairs was barely hanging on. The window wells in the backyard weren't covered and our dogs/kids nearly fell in them. There were bugs in both bathrooms upstairs. The driveway is insanely steep and hard to park in. Location was slightly run-down.

Comfortable Stay for a family of 6
The house was very clean and updated. Everything was as expected. My only issue was a lot of bugs in the basement bedroom. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch because there were so many. We did buy spray to try to deal with it but that didn’t really help. It is a basement so that may just be the way it is. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to spread out.

Spacious Home in Colorado Springs
All 5 of us had a nice experience. The only issue we encountered was we lost power (no fault of the homeowner, it was due to storms) and we couldn’t get the garage door open to get our car out even using the emergency latch. I notified the home owner and she was extremely helpful but we still couldn’t get out until the power came back on. I will also check out the location of the neighborhood next time as the home was up against a motel 8 and Days Inn. All in all a great home with alot of space.

Beautiful home and very comfortable beds.
This was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds and the furniture were very comfortable. The backyard was nice size and had a privacy fence all the way around it. Nice patio table and chairs. Also had 5 lawn chairs in the garage if you needed more seating outside. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Colorado Springs. Easy access to alot of the sites we visited.

1. Upstairs bathroom. Mold along both shower curtains. 2. Rails going upstairs loose 3. Dishwasher rack is broken. 4. Alot of light bulbs did not work 5. Wooden floors and dining table was dirty. Oven was dirty. 6. Bathroom rugs was so dirty we had to wash before we used. 7. Basement toilet was not tighten to the floor flushing did not work. 8. Sliding door vertical blinds falling off WE HAVE STAYED IN HOMES FOR 10 YEARS AND THIS WAS THE WORST HOUSE WE HAVE STAYED IN. IT THEY ARE PAYING SOMEONE TO CLEAN THIS HOUSE THEY NEED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT. TAKE SOME MONEY THEY ARE MAKING FROM THIS HOUSE AND FIX WHAT IS WRONG

AleAlexandria’s VRBO rental (Luxurious City Living) in Colorado Springs
Our stay at Alexandria’s VRBO rental in Colorado Springs was wonderful. We needed a large, well-appointed house in a central location. Alexandria’s place fit the bill perfectly. The house was spotlessly clean, homey, comfortable, and provisioned with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location was easy to find and close to major expressways for access to downtown, shopping, and recreation spots in and around the Colorado Springs area. The house is on a cul-de-sac in quiet neighborhood only 10 minutes from the airport. The two-car garage was a real plus. The website photos and description are accurate so there were no surprises. The living room has two nice sofas and matching chair, coffee table, end tables with lamps, and a huge wall-mounted TV with all major service accesses. The upstairs bedrooms are large and have good comfy beds ranging from queens in two of the rooms and a king in the master bedroom suite. The basement suite has a good quality queen-size sofa bed. The basement suite space is enormous and well lit, has a full bathroom, a very large closet (practically a second room) and its own big screen TV. Big windows on the ground floor and upstairs bedrooms, all with venetian blinds and blackout shades for privacy, give the place and bright airy feel. The beds were all super comfortable and all have nightstands with lamps. All rooms have good lighting and large closets with shelves and some clothes hangers (few more would be nice). There are abundant extra blankets, extra towels, and self-care and other amenities. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The washer and dryer are full size and located inside the bathroom area on the first floor. The kitchen is large and modern with all new major appliances. and all the small appliances, pots & pans, cutting boards, cookie sheets, dishes, bowls, glasses, and eating and serving utensils needed for making any kind of meal or baked items one could want, and serving them in style. There is an abundance of cabinets and counter space, and EVERYTHING WORKS!! In summary, Alexandria’s Luxurious City Living VRBO is roomy comfortable, well-appointed, and good value for its size and location. If you are visiting the Colorado Springs area and need a space that can accommodate several people in luxury, be sure to look into Alexandria’s place - if it is available, go for it; you will not be disappointed.

The house was great and more than spacious for 4 adults. The cul-de-sac is nice, however, the noise and foot traffic from the hotels on the other side of the fence was slightly annoying. Overall the house was perfect for our mini vacation close to shopping/restaurants and popular tourist-y venues.
