„Property is located just out of town and is on the end of a horseshoe of houses. We had plans in Jerseyville, Alton, and Grafton and this location made it easy to get to all three. The house is very neat and clean and comfy. It's a 2 bedroom house with queen beds and a pull out sofa in the living room that has a queen bed. The hosts communicated very well. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it.“

„You can tell Jill really loves this place and it is a cozy little retreat. Be warned there is no internet or cable. There are some tv channels but many don't come in well. There is cell service. „This small cottage is a short drive to Forest Park and walking distance to many Italian restaurants, delis, and bakeries. It is stocked well and clean. The only issue was that we could not get the Wi-Fi on our phones. The owner could not assist and took a long time to respond. „We loved this house and will most likely stay there again next year. It was very clean and had great amenities such as snacks and drinks in the fridge. The smart toilet was not something I had experience with but I have to say it was quite nice! The history of the house was very interesting to read about and added to the home's charm. I was in the Art on the Square art show so it was a great location for us being within a short walk to the square. Highly recommend!“
