MAIN FLOOR:

Upon entering, guests are greeted by an expansive living area. This generous space is perfect for unwinding with loved ones or finding a quiet corner to immerse oneself in a good book. Large windows flood the room with natural light.

During the day you can gather round the coffee table that hides an Infinity Game Table and challenge loved ones to some digitzed classic board games like Monopoly or Trivial pursuit. In the evening you can enjoy a crackling fire or catch up on a favorite TV show or game on the large Smart TV.

Adjacent to the living area lies the heart of the home - a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffee station and 2 dining areas. The first seats 4 people right by the windows and the deck access – easy for taking your morning coffee with you to soak in the views!

The second is right of the entry and seats 8 people. Past it there’s the launrdy room/mud room with a washer/dryer combo and a full bathroom.

On the other side, left of the entrance, you’ll find 3 main floor bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have a king bed, a Smart TV, an alam clock/charging hub, and each one individually hot air balloon -themed with cut-out LED-light features.

The orange “sunset” master has private deck access and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate jetted bathtub. The yellow “sunrise” room and the green “golf” room share a full bathroom in the hallway.

DOWNSTAIRS:

The downstairs of this house is where all the action is! Right of the stairs down here is the movie room. There’s a comfy sofa bed and a table seating four that’s perfect for a game night. All the while you’re surrounded by dreamy hot air balloons in the clouds to lift your spirits ;).

Continue left of the stairs and you’ll come to the first game room with a pool table, a small kids’ table, 4-across and Scrabble wall games, and lots of classic board games. There’s also a dedicated office area with a a whiteboard and a desk, for catching up on emails – scratch that! For booking activities! This rooms also leads out to the backyard.

Keep going past this room to the second game room/TV lounge. There’s a large Smart TV and 2 standing arcade machines; NFL Blitz and Pac-Man. With this many hang out options there’s no need to fight over what to watch and absolutely no getting bored!

The gang down here can prep their own meals or store snacks and drinks in the second full kitchen and gather for breakfast around the 8-seat dining table without having to climb up to the main floor. Perfect for multiple families coming together with their own schedules and rhythms! Keep your phone charged up as all throughout this floor too there are large, eye-catching hot air balloon backdrops that make for some unforgettable vacation pics!

Opposite the kitchen and dining area there are 2 more bedrooms. Down here too both rooms have kind beds, Smart TVs, charging hubs, and custom LED artwork. The bedrooms share a full bathroom right off the kitchen.

OUTSIDE:

Out in the yard there’s even more room to spread out and have fun! Break out the cornhole or set up a little picnic on the lawn. Under the deck there’s a little dining table and a BBQ grill surrounded by charming café lights.

Relax and soak a day of activities away in the hot tub and as the sunsets behind the property and the city lights up, grab your drinks and gather round the firepit for some long-awaited quality time.

THE AREA:

There is plenty to do around the area! From wineries and golf, to historic sites like Fort Walla Walla and Whitman Mission.

The Market at Andy’s has got your fresh produce and coffee covered while Colville Street Patisserie and Walla Walla Bread Company have your artisan breads and pastries.

There are tons of wineries to choose from, east, south, and west. Just a pick a direction and start a tour! Your can also find great tasting rooms downtown.
