Fieldview | A Spacious Stay Near WWU & Downtown

Fieldview offers a comfortable, modern home base near Walla Walla University and just a few miles from downtown Walla Walla. With two living areas and two distinct outdoor spaces, there’s plenty of room for friends and family to gather, spread out, and enjoy their time together.

The main level features an open living area and well-equipped kitchen with a gas range, along with a king bedroom with private en-suite bath, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom are all on the first floor with no stairs to navigate.

Upstairs, a second living area gives your group another comfortable place to relax, complete with a 75` Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, and bar area with refrigerator and microwave. Two additional bedrooms—one king and one queen—and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination complete the upper level.

Just off the upstairs living area, the large covered deck looks out over town and is an inviting spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break, or a glass of wine as the sun goes down.

Downstairs, the fully fenced backyard offers a more private outdoor setting with a covered pergola, gas BBQ and dining space for eight. Having two outdoor spaces makes it easy to enjoy Walla Walla’s beautiful days and evenings in different ways.

The location is especially convenient for WWU visits, while downtown tasting rooms, restaurants and Walla Walla wine country are just a short drive away. Guests traveling with an electric vehicle will also find a 50-amp outlet in the garage; please bring the appropriate charging adapter.

HOUSE RULES

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4:00 PM or later. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early arrivals or late departures must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.

GUESTS & OCCUPANCY

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Up to four additional daytime visitors are welcome, provided they do not stay overnight and all House Rules, including quiet hours and no events, are followed.

Exceeding the approved overnight occupancy without prior authorization may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and surrounding properties at all times.

SMOKING

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Additional cleaning or deodorization required as a result of smoking or vaping may be charged to the reservation.

PETS & SERVICE ANIMALS

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly homes. A non-refundable pet fee of $100 covers up to two dogs. Additional dogs must be approved in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or termination of the stay.

Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable law and are not subject to pet fees or pet restrictions. If you will be traveling with a service animal, we ask that you please let us know prior to arrival so our team is aware ahead of your stay.

Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by an animal during their stay.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

Your reservation includes accidental damage protection through Safely, providing up to $3,000 in coverage for accidental damage that may occur during your stay.

Guests remain responsible for damage that is not covered, including damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of the House Rules.

POOLS, HOT TUBS & OTHER AMENITIES

Please follow all posted rules and operating instructions for property amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fireplaces, and BBQs.

Additional cleaning, repair, or servicing required due to misuse or excessive debris may be charged to the reservation. This includes draining and refilling a hot tub when necessary.

SEPTIC SYSTEMS

For homes on septic systems, only toilet paper may be flushed. Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, grease, food waste, or other materials that could damage the system.

SECURITY CAMERAS

Some homes utilize exterior security cameras at entry points for safety and security. Any cameras are disclosed in the individual property listing. There are no cameras inside the home.

COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial photography, filming, events, or other commercial use of the property is not permitted without prior approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

DIRECT BOOKINGS

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.*
Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund.*
Cancellations made 13 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.

*The $10 booking fee and credit card processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable.

THIRD-PARTY BOOKINGS

Reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, or Marriott Homes & Villas are subject to the cancellation policy and terms of the platform through which the reservation was booked. Please refer to your reservation details on that platform for the cancellation terms that apply to your stay.

Early departures are non-refundable.
