No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house or on the property.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 14.

Guests and Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please notify us in advance of any visitors.

Respect for Property: Please treat the house and its furnishings with care. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately.

Beach Use: Use of the beach area is at your own risk. Please clean up after yourselves, put the paddle boards and kayaks back on the rack and respect the natural environment.

Garbage and Recycling: Dispose of garbage and recycling in the provided bins.

Check-out Procedures: Check-out time is 10AM. Please follow check-out procedures outlined in the guest manual.
