The front staff was very kind and helpful. However, the room was 85 degrees when I walked in and it smelled very musty. The quality of products was low and the TV didn’t work very well. Truly, I can’t get over how musty it smelled.

The pool and hot tub were closed. The juice machine at breakfast didn't work. The outside door closest to our room didn't work. It was exceptionally quiet and the staff was very friendly.

Muffins were brick hard. Eggs were over cooked yet cold and rubbery; nasty. Went to McDonalds. The building and room were very nice.

First, the door keys wouldn't work. Had to go back to front desk. 2. Stool wouldn't flush. Had to take lid off and do it manually. 3. Coffee pot wasn't plugged in and had to move cabinet to move coffee pot to another table. 4. Coffee wasn't drinkable, even with creamer in it. 5. Breakfast food could have been warmer. Coffee was good. 6. There was a long tear in one of the sheer curtains.

It was a nice, quiet place. I gave 4 stars because the biscuits at breakfast were just so-so. The staff, however, were very pleasant.

Very understaffed. Waited a long time for check in. Very little food available for breakfast. Coffee machine out of order. Head board of bed fell off wall. But staff was friendly and tried hard to help.

This was a great place to stay. The breakfast served each day was a plus. The general manager Katrina was great, she gave me a list of places to go for lunch and dinner and her recommendations did not disappoint. All the staff at this hotel were kind, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Selected this property solely based on location on the trip I was on. It was a very clean hotel, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the room was immaculate. Would stay there again. Also, the breakfast was great

The bathroom in my room was filthy. The tub was black. It had old soap stuck to it. There was trash and hair all over the floor. Would not recommend this hotel.

I’d stay here again
Check in was fast & easy. Bed was comfortable. Not sure how I feel about the clerk going into the room before me and turning on lights and the tv, but it was fine. 1 on the lamps had a broken knob so it didn’t turn on, but I didn’t need it.

Ive been staying here for 3 weeks so far. It's one of the cheaper hotels in coffeyville so I understand that some things fall under "you get what you paid for." The rooms are nice enough, but the problem comes in with the quality of bed sheets and blankets. They are old. The fitted sheet is so worn out that it doesnt stay fitted to the mattress. Some sheets are torn, and some have been in circulation for so long you can see the fibers starting to tear, which is gross. In the 3 weeks I've stayed there I've only had 1 room where the A/C kept up. The other rooms were 78 on a 90 degree day. Asking for batteries to replace the dead ones in the thermostat, seemed like I was asking for the impossible. Overall the work required to make this hotel worth its price is little. Just proper maintenance schedules, new bed sheet inventory.

Perfect for our needs
For just a quick overnight it was nice. The desk clerks both in the evening and morning were very nice. Did not wake up in time to enjoy the breakfast since we didn’t get into the room until after 10 pm. Was clean and accessible as requested
