„The Front Desk staff was professional and courteous throughout our stay. Gustavo the bellman was very courteous and helpful with all our bags and packages. The lobby was large and comfortable with a coffee machine that was inexpensive and produced a great latte. The room was a 1 bedroom plus living room which was a good size for our family of 4 with comfort, decor and provided everything we needed. „The apartment was great… it looked exactly like the picture, very roomy and comfortable. The location is perfect- walking distance to shopping, restaurants and parks. “

„We spent a week here and loved the walkable location to Coconut Grove along with the fantastic view of the park and ocean. Onsite parking was a plus. Unit was overall nice and as described, but it was extremely dirty upon arrival. Entire kitchen along with shower were unacceptable. We had to clean before bringing in our kitchen items. Host was responsive and sent housekeeping which did only sightly better job. Other than the cleanliness issue we really enjoyed this property. “

„We had a very loud and squeaking AC unit that we had to turn off in order to sleep. We reported the problem but it was never fixed and we were told that this was normal. 53 decibels is what we registered the noise, which is ok for an outside AC but not good indoors. We were very uncomfortable!! Beware! Also, we asked for a late checkout but were sent a message that if we stayed past 11:00 AM we would be charged 125. When we asked, again, they responded at 10 AM, that we could stay until noon, ...

„Tolle Anlage, guter Kontakt zu Joe, wir hatten Zimmer 2108/1. Letztes Jahr war es 2107 welches größer aber zu unserem Termin ausgebucht war. Beide Zimmer sind im 21. Stock. Die Schubladen rochen etwas muffig, waren aber sauber. Die Matratze war etwas weich, leider nicht geteilt und es gab nur eine große Zudecke für beide, aber da gewöhnt man sich dran. Ansonsten war alles TOP! Wenn Miami, dann buchen wir wieder hier.“

„Great location and space. Our only complaint is that the air filters and humidifier needs cleaned (there was mold all over the humidifier that we cleaned ourselves). The place could use a deeper clean in general and we would have gave it 5 stars without those issues. “
