„Location, location, location!This place is 100% about the location. If you enjoy both a sunset and sunrise (in July) overlooking the river, this is your place! Dolphins, manatees, sharks a plenty! It was a relaxing getaway to overlook the river and all of Mother Nature’s offerings! We brought our own fishing gear (not realizing poles were available at the house) and fished all weekend. The tiki hut was nice in the backyard for some shade. “

„Our family enjoyed our stay. Kids of all ages enjoyed the pool, kayaking and the dock. Very spacious and well eqipped for all of your needs. The parks are a short drive from the property. The owner is very nice and even though he lives on the property, you never see him so you have your privacy. We got to see a rocket launch on our last day and you can't get a better view! Grumbley's Pizza is a must have while there!“
