„This efficiency apt. Was just as advertised. Very close to the eog friendly beach and the unit was dog friendly as well. The only thing we did not love was the rock used as landscape as it was rough on our dogs feet. But that was really a non issue we just picked him up over them. We will rent from this place again. We loved the simple “down home” feel. It’s not the typical cookie cutter hotel! It gives you the feeling that you live there…. If that makes sense.We also had the added pleasure of watching a Falcon 9 Space X Launch.The laundry facilities were free, which was a nice surprise. The property manager was wonderful!“

„Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist toll, das Studio hat tatsächlich einen direkten Strandzugang. Das Studio ist klein und müsste nicht nur geputzt sondern auch grundlegend renoviert werden. Dann würde man dafür auch noch mehr bezahlen. Für 4 Personen eher bedingt geeignet. Diese Ecke der Küste und speziell von Cocoa Beach ist nicht sehr ruhig. Nachts kann man die diversen Aussengeräusche nur übertönen, indem man die alte, sehr laute Klimaanlage rufen lässt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und wohnt oben ...

„This is a small older property but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and so peaceful. We typically stay at a bigger condo/resort and certainly enjoyed this change of pace. Beach access was only a few steps away and not overcrowded at all. We were also upgraded to a 2 bedroom instead of 1 and appreciated that SO much! We would definitely stay here again!“
