This charming two-bedroom, one-bath second-floor apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and an effortless beachside stay. The space features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for both short getaways and extended stays.

Guests enjoy access to shared resort-style amenities, including a pool, BBQ grills, and a picnic area—perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The beach is just half a block away, making it easy to enjoy morning walks, sunset views, or a full day by the ocean.

Downtown Cocoa Beach is within walking distance, offering local cafés, bistros, beach shops, tennis courts, and popular attractions like the Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon Surf Shop.

Pet-friendly: We welcome up to two small dogs, each 20 lbs or less (no exceptions). Pets must be disclosed at booking and are subject to house rules and an additional pet fee.
