The Space:

Salt air drifts through the open balcony door as the Atlantic rolls in just a few blocks away. Flip-flops by the front door, towels drying on the rail, sand still on your feet from the morning's first walk to the shore - this is the rhythm of a stay here. Inside, beach-inspired touches and easy comfort set the tone for slow mornings and salty afternoons in Cocoa Beach.



Living space

The living area is set up for relaxing after a day in the sun, with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV for evenings in. Sliding doors open onto a balcony, where a sea breeze makes the perfect backdrop for your morning coffee. Beach-inspired decor throughout keeps the space feeling warm and easygoing.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps guests across two bedrooms. The master holds a queen bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, a good setup for kids or friends sharing the trip. Both rooms are light and airy with closet space to stash your beach gear. A pack 'n play is also available for families traveling with little ones.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking during your stay, with a full-sized refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave, plus a coffee maker, toaster, and blender for easy mornings. Dishes, silverware, and cooking basics are all on hand, and counter seating makes room for family meals or game nights.



Bathroom

The single bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water, along with shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products provided for your stay.



Outdoor & community

Step outside to a community pool surrounded by lounge chairs, ideal for cooling off between beach trips. Beach access is just a short walk away, and beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head straight to the sand. The condo has its own private entrance, and free parking is available on the premises.



Location

This condo sits within The Diplomat complex, close to community amenities including pickleball and tennis courts. From here, it's a short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier, lined with restaurants and bars. A short drive brings you to the Kennedy Space Center for a look at NASA's history, while the Brevard Zoo is about 25 minutes away for an animal-filled day out. Wherever your day takes you, you'll come back to a quiet, comfortable space just steps from the water.

Cocoa Beach is a quiet and relaxing area that is perfect for those looking for a peaceful escape. Our apartment is located just steps away from the beach where the waves and the sand are waiting for you to enjoy. Take a walk to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, home to several restaurants and bars. Go on a short drive to the Kennedy Space Center to witness the history of NASA or visit the Brevard Zoo, approximately 25 minutes away for an unforgettable animal experience. With everything that we offer in our beachfront apartment, you're guaranteed to experience the perfect vacation.

Lyft and Uber are prevalent in our area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
