The Space:

Step outside and feel the salt air settle around you. At A Space aWAVE, the pace slows down, the sky opens up, and everything you need for a genuinely restorative coastal escape is already waiting. Tucked into a quiet Cocoa Beach neighborhood just 0.3 miles from the sand, this three-bedroom home brings together a private saltwater pool, a converted game room, and unbeatable access to Space Coast adventures - all under one roof.



Living space

Inside, the open living area is warm and welcoming, with coastal décor and four large Smart TVs ideal for movie nights or catching the game. The layout flows easily between the main living and dining areas, making it natural for groups to spread out or come together. A sofa bed provides flexible extra sleeping space when you need it.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms are set up to sleep a range of group combinations comfortably. The master bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom a king-size bed, and the third is fitted with twin bunk beds - well suited for younger guests. Each bedroom has its own dedicated mini-split unit for independent temperature control, so everyone rests well regardless of their preference.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook from scratch or throw together a quick meal between beach sessions. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, baking sheet, wine glasses, and full sets of dishes and cookware. A dining table seats the group comfortably, and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper are already stocked.



Bathrooms

Two bathrooms serve the home, one of which includes a bathtub. Both are supplied with shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and cleaning products. An outdoor shower on the west side of the house makes rinsing off after the beach easy before you head inside or jump in the pool.



Private pool & outdoor space

The fully-fenced backyard is built for time well spent outside. The brand-new private saltwater pool is the centerpiece - perfect for an afternoon swim or floating in the sun. Note that the pool is not heated. Poolside lounge seating invites you to linger, and when the evening cools, the fire pit is the natural gathering point. The patio and outdoor furniture round out a backyard that genuinely functions as an extension of the home.



Game room

The converted garage has been fitted with its own dedicated air conditioning unit and stocked with a wide range of games - including a ping-pong table - making it a go-to space for evenings in or rainy afternoons. It's also where you'll find the beach cart, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and beach towels stored and ready to grab on your way out.



Location

A Space aWAVE sits in a peaceful residential pocket of Cocoa Beach with an impressive lineup of spots within easy reach. Starbucks is 0.2 miles away; Ron Jon Surf Shop, the beach, and the Museum of Dinosaurs are all within 0.3 miles. Cocoa Beach Pier - with its fresh seafood and waterfront energy - is 0.8 miles out, and the Sandbar is a short walk for casual drinks and live music. Port Canaveral is 3 miles away, and Kennedy Space Center is 18 miles across the water. With 109 launches recorded last year, rocket sightings from the driveway are a genuine and regular thrill - you'll feel the rumble and watch the trail climb into the sky without leaving the property. Disney World is 60 miles away and Universal Studios Florida 61 miles, making day trips entirely doable.



Before you go

The home offers self check-in via smart lock and free garage parking on the premises. A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi are available for anyone blending work with the trip. A Pack 'n play/travel crib, board games, and a game console add extra comfort for families. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

- As part of standard vacation rental safety, exterior security cameras are positioned and facing the driveway, front door, and back door to monitor the home’s entry and exit points, especially when vacant. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
