The property was pretty old. There was a foot/vinegar smell that was strong when walking in the room. We thought it was the old carpet but found that it was coming from the air conditioner. Sprayed some Lysol in it and it seemed better. Ok breakfast.

This was a teally old property nothing compared to the pictures showed on the profile. Really noisy and imposible to.sleep, and management didn't help too much about this issue. The whole building have a really odd smell and a really old carpet The location looks.very unsafe

For the price, good place to stay while travelling through. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Hallways needed vacuuming. Room was clean enough. However.....When we went to use the shower, we realized that the side wall of the shower was cracked from top to bottom. Front Desk didn't seem to know and said they would have someone take a look at it the next morning, offered to take a look at it that night. It wasn't noticeable till you actually got in the shower, but it should have been seen if someone cleaned that wall of the shower.........

Don’t stay here
Just don’t go here. We really did not enjoy our stay at all. The place smelled bad upon arrival. Our room was covered in animal hair, like it had not been vacuumed at all and the bathroom floors were dirty. They did switch us to another room when we told them that room was too dirty, but the second room smelled so bad!! It was just overall a bad night for us. The staff were great but the place itself isn’t it.

The room itself was good; clean, comfortable bed, adequate lighting, and a couch for reading. The hot tub worked. On the other hand, the smell of disinfectant was unpleasantly strong, the permanent parking place for the mop and bucket is apparently next to the coffee machine, the halls weren't vacuumed over the weekend (it was XMas), and in a supposedly pet free property several dogs were wandering the halls and at least 1 peed the carpet. Breakfast was adequate overall, but the scrambled eggs set a new low for the category. It appeared they were pushed through a sieve after overcooking to achieve a uniform small crumb. Refilling the juice and sausage was iffy.

Stayed overnight and on the way to Colorado from TX. Check in was easy and rooms were clean. The shower in my room had very little pressure. Breakfast and coffee definitely need to be upgraded because they were both horrible.

We found a couple cockroaches in our room as well as a lot of flies. The trains go through town all day and night and have to honk as they go through, so earplugs would be good if noise bothers you. They had a business center we tried to use for printing but the computer wouldn’t turn on. They did let us email them and they printed it for us though.

This was a really helpful staff in straightening out our reservation. Good breakfast. Beds soft and clean. The only thing that would have brought it to top ratings is if it was walkabout to anything. You must drive to restaurants which is not a big deal.

We drove in from out of town and were early. Stephen was on the front desk and was accommodating for early check-in and answering any questions we had.

Mixed review experience
The place was clean and cute. The bed was comfortable. However the bathroom door would not close. And the shower was so hot I could not tolerate it. When I tried to add more cold water, the water just shut off. What good is night stay without a functional shower?

Check in was easy, the staff was professional and friendly, and the location good, but not walkable. The room was large and very clean, but the bathroom was a bit tired. The breakfast options were good. I would recommend it.

The oj and apple juice was hot. The food for breakfast was tastless.it had no flavor. They need to work on that. Other than that it was a nice stay and i will be back. Just won't eat breakfast.
