„Four of us (adults) stayed for a long weekend. The weather was rubbish so stayed a large part of that indoors playing games. The lounge was warm and spacious so it suited us just fine. The place sleeps nine which meant one of the bedrooms, i felt, was a bit cluttered with beds and hard to get around. Overall very happy and would stay again“

The views from the master just so relaxing and blissful to listen to the waves at night, and watch the sun rise. Birdlife galore, sweet garden and everything you could need, or a cafe just a five min bike ride away. Not flashy, but luxury in all the good ways! Thank you!“

„Loved the views in all directions, quick walk to both little Kaiteriteri beach and Kaiteriteri beach. The balcony areas were lovely with loads of seating, very clean and tidy. Inside the house it was very clean and tidy too! Very comfortable beds and pillows, lovely showers and a beautiful dinning table.Very clear instructions given for everything and great communication from host.We would stay again, loved it!“

„We had a nice time in Takaka and exploring the area. Comfy beds and a good size place for a family holiday. The house and surrounding gardens needed a bit of TLC. It wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. Just needs a bit of a spruce - cobwebs definitely need to be swept away! Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again unfortunately.“
