The Space:

- A spacious 4-bedroom Cleveland home built for groups — comfortably sleeping 10 with room to spread out across two full floors.

- Bedroom 1 has a king bed, bedrooms 2–4 each have a queen bed, and the living room has a sofa bed. The main floor bedroom includes an en-suite full bath — ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. A second full bathroom is also available for the rest of the group.

- The living room centers around a large HDTV, a full-size NBA Jam arcade game, and a Nintendo preloaded with 620 games for up to 4 players. The dining room and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to cook and eat together.

- A dedicated workspace and fast WiFi (325 Mbps) are available for anyone working remotely.

- Free parking is available in the driveway — note the road to the property is unpaved and can be bumpy; trucks are best parked on the street.

- Downtown Cleveland is 9 minutes away. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is a 30-minute drive.



Please note that this home does not have central air conditioning. However, it is equipped with window air conditioning units throughout the house to help keep guests cool and comfortable during their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, including the driveway for parking. Note that if you have a truck, it's best to park on the street and be cautious of the fire hydrant with a sharp turn when backing out.



The road to the property is a bit rustic — it’s unpaved and can be bumpy in spots, especially after rain. Just take it slow and enjoy the scenic approach!



Getting Around:

Uber & Lyft are both available in this area.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

Damage protection (required, processed before arrival). Choose either a $500 refundable security deposit — a pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection — or a non-refundable $40 damage waiver covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear.



Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.



Interaction with Guests:

We give our guests space, but are available when needed.
