Very clean with sufficient amenities. We thought a little color (pictures) on the walls would be more inviting. Highly recommend Johnnys restaurant within walking distance.

T-Day

Overall I had a good experience. A few problems were - the backyard fence is not secure for most dogs and kitchen has lots of pots and pans but lacking in tools, we had to mash potatoes with forks, can opener wouldn't open cans and broke ect.

On its way up.

The home was nice. It does need some touching up - leaky shower, toilet seats need to be tightened down. Little things like that. Could use a light by the doors as well considering you have to use the back door. That was not a problem. We used our lights from our phones. This home felt like a stater on a great road forward. I was a little nervous about the neighborhood at first but that didn’t last long.

Underwhelming with additional charges

Once I got there - the place was completely locked down. Apparently the cleaner locked the doors "wrong". All the same went to 3 different doors and then the owner called and had to go to the shed and get keys out. Right in the title says pet friendly but after checking in I'm told that I need to pay more money because I bought my dog. There was glass on the floor - Things in poor repair and dusty - downstairs shower leaked ALOT - doors didn't close right - fence in pictures show completely fenced in but any dog could get out of the front fence by simply walking under and beds weren't made properly. All in all - meh property at top dollar plus additional fees after.

Great location

We had a great time and really enjoyed ourselves! This property is located near everything - which makes sightseeing very easy. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard and I enjoyed the free coffee and pool table! Thanks for a great stay!

Advertised as 4 bathrooms, only had 2. Could use a little tlc and a cue ball but overall a nice place to stay, convenient to downtown. Came stocked with coffee and condiments which was nice!

Bachelor Weekend

My friends and I were all in town for a friend’s bachelor party. Was nice being that close to downtown and W25th st and also not far from highway to go away from the city.

Not as expected

The owner was responsive but the house was not as advertised. The stairs are extremely steep and unsafe for children, unstable, and elderly. Beds were not comfortable the couch was torn and the pool table was not level. The house had air fresheners throughout causing several of us to have breathing difficulties. Throw in the gun shots at 130 in the am and our vacation was not ideal. All in all we had a roof over our heads but not what was expected

Near everything

Great place right near the convention center that worked wonderfully for a work trip. The pictures are very accurate, plenty of street parking, and very open areas in the rental for everyone staying.

Great Property and Owner

There is space galore and a number of nice amenities. The large TV was a real plus for our first rainy night. Excellent communication with owner. All that and it’s close to downtown, the museums, lakefront parks and many popular brewpubs. Would definitely recommend for a Cleveland trip.

Home away from home in downtown Cleveland

We traveled here with our teen boys and their friends for 3 days of fun at Rays Bike Park. The house was very nice, gave us room to spread out and we loved being able to cook our meals here rather than eating out. The kids enjoyed the pool table! We will stay here again!

Great family place

We all gathered here from iowa illinois and ohio and was able to celebrate little man turning one. There was plenty of places to sleep for everyone and the pool table and foosball was a hit for the kids as us adults enjoyed bonding over agressive uno 😂 weather gave us a slight break sat so we utilized the huge yard for a game of football

St Paddy’s Getaway!

My boyfriend and a couple girlfriends drove up for the weekend to celebrate st Patrick’s day. There were 6 of us total so we planned to use the additional futons/sofa beds listed since not everyone knew each other. These were not at the property, but there were 2 extra floor mattresses. Galen was very responsive and helped with any and all issues. There was more than enough space to accommodate all of us and it was a great hang out spot! Very close to the city.

Gem of a find

Everything about the home was wonderful. It provided a nice weekend getaway for me and my family. The beds were extremely comfortable. Only one downside/request. There were no dish towels to use so we had to use bath towels. I would definitely recommend to friends and stay again in the future. Lori

Great place at fair value

We used the house for a guys weekend. We wanted a place that would accommodate a large group and would be close to the Cavs game and downtown area. I can say that the uber ride is only about 10 minutes and cost approximately $10 which was helpful. House was clean and as described, we definitely played pool and enjoyed the cards in the house. Having towels and soap was convenient, and we were able to do laundry.
