Hope to Stay longer @ StayBridge.
Awesome stay, super easy check in!!, Accommodations for our kids was very nice. Even though there was enhancements and construction being done, the staff kept everyone engaged with evening social dinners and raffles for additional points for members!!! The stay was an excellent retreat!!!

Mediocre stay
We’ve stayed at this hotel previously and it was nice, but this time was an awful experience. From the construction of more than half the rooms on the floor, the smell of weed in the hallways, to the very uncomfortable beds, the mediocre breakfast, and the sink did not drain well. We actually checked out a day early (and we only had originally booked 2 nights), we didn’t want to pay the high rate they were charging. No where was this hotel worth the $200 a night fee. I’m not sure what has happened from the past, but this hotel has gone downhill. We only stayed because it was very close to family in the area. Will probably never stay again after this last trip.

The hotel is under construction. We never heard it,so that wasn't a big deal, but our door wouldn't shut tight and we felt like anyone could break in. The bathroom wreaked of smoke smell and cannabis bad enough we all joked that maybe we would get a contact high. Breakfast was good and the last serving was extremely friendly and helpful.

My daughter slept in the room with the two beds and saw a live bed bug in her bed sheet after she checked why she was itching in her thigh. The kingsize bed in the other bedroom where I slept was soft and sagging in the middle where my main body weight is that I woke up with body ache. The microwave door is coming apart/broken. There is no tv remote in the living room. Somebody from the staff knocked at the door at 9:30 a.m. and asked if we are not leaving yet. As I know, check out is at 11am. We checked-in late at midnight and very tired from the long drive and just wanted a good night rest. So disappointed.

The first room we were assigned wasn't clean but the hotel clerk quickly gave us a new room. The hotel was nice and clean and everyone was friendly.

The complimentary social hour Monday through Wednesday was amazing, something ive not seen at any other hotel before. room and property was very clean and the staff was amazing. cannot be beat for the price. would recommend to anyone.
