The property is surrounded by numerous coffee shops, parks, and is only a short, ten-minute walk from the vibrant Shaker Square, providing you with ample opportunities to explore local culture and cuisine.



As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by eye-catching woodwork and shiny hardwood floors that create an inviting ambiance. This apartment accommodates up to four guests comfortably across two stylishly decorated bedrooms. Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and front porch. The basement (where washers and dryers are) is shared with other tenants onsite. The only spaces on the property that guests will not have access to are the driveway and the backyard.

- Please note guests must climb a few stairs to access the front door/porch area.

🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.

🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.

This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)

🚬 Smoking outside is permitted

🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.

📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $300 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
