✳️Really cool apartment, THE ROOFTOP hangout & view were stellar!
Loved the attention to detail as well. We were pleasantly surprised to find spices, plenty of coffee pods & creamers, all kinds of kitchen appliances and cookware (many new listings lack this). Comfortable beds (even the pull-out couch), everything was squeaky clean. No noise issues. Can't say enough good things.

Other Things to Note:
✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.

✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in the chute located outside the unit. No cardboard down the chute.

✹ This cozy home is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.

Late check-out requests are rarely approved, as our cleaning team is scheduled to arrive promptly at 11:00 AM to prepare the unit for the next guests.

✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.

✹Our space includes a laptop-friendly workspace with a table, comfortable seating, and easy access to power outlets—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.

✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

Guest Access:
For a smoother check-in experience, we kindly request that all guests fill out our check-in form prior to arrival. This form will grant you access to our listing and ensure a hassle-free check-in process. Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will promptly send you the check-in form.

We will share very specific guest access with you post booking. You will get instructions on getting in to the main entrance. You will also receive instructions for an App or access code for the door to the unit on the 6th floor.

Our unit is located on the sixth floor, and while there is an elevator in the building, we do not list it as an amenity. This is because we cannot guarantee its availability at all times, as its operation is outside of our control.

We were really impressed with this property. Aside from being in a perfect location for getting around in Cleveland, the property itself was outstanding. Everything looked new, and it was very clean and comfortable with great amenities (K-cups for the Keurig, towels and linens, a workout space, 3 TV's, etc.). The rooftop deck was awesome and we spent several nights up there enjoying the view. There are many great restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery store and several parking lots conveniently located nearby. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any of the questions I had. I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to stay here again!
