Die Lage war wie versprochen, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die erhoffte Athmosphäre aufgrund der Bilder ht gefehlt, insgesamt waren vor allem die öffentlichen Bereiche nicht sauber. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Das inbegriffenen Frühstück war weder vegetrisch noch besonders ‚gesund‘ und konnte uch nicht abgewandelt werden. Da war der Service sehr unflexibel. Also mussten wir es verfallen lassen.

Room was dirty, bed covers soiled. Had to ask 3 x for new towels. Had to park my car in the middle of Huron and leave it since valet was backed up. Noisy! Elevator was frightening. I have stayed in a lot of IHG properties. Will not be back to this one.

Stayed here for Guardians/Yanks game. super convenient to walk to field. Older city hotel with room updates. Offloading is the only major issue as you are limited by no parking. Valet was great and made it easy but there's not a lot of street space when it's busy or some sporting event is occuring, however the staff was great, and the convenience of walking to Guardians / Cavaliers game is what we wanted. Several city bars and restaurants very near so once you park you don't need car anyway. Would stay again for the convenience.

There was an hour wait with cars parked on the street 3 lanes deep for an entire block waiting on valet to take keys to park. The front desk attendant’s only response was “yeah, glad they are a separate entity from us”.

$45 parking over night, rooms were OK, NO towels in the room to take shower with… 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths that’s all we had in our room. No coffee, had to pay $3 for a brown water coffee at the hotel restaurant! Honestly it’s better to stay at a 2-3 start hotels, free parking, clean rooms, and free breakfast! 4 start hotels just DONT CARE to accommodate their guests! Will never stay at this hotel!!!

Some of the employees were very nice and others was rude and almost double charged me on my card. It did hold both charges for a couple of days. One employee clam she was going to fix it and didn’t. The other employee that did correct the mistake provided awesome customer service.

The hotel itself is nice but the staff at the front desk couldn’t take simple directions. I did a book now pay later and when we got to the hotel they already charged my card, we told them we wanted to use a different card on the room and they said they refunded me to my original card. A week went by after our stay and no refund came back to me yet. I had to have Expedia reach out to the property and they lied twice saying they refunded me when they never did. Will never stay here again. Can’t trust a shady staff. Julia at the front desk can’t be trusted.

I stayed here to attend a concert at Rocket Mortgage. Super convenient location and a very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, spacious, and modern.

Julia and Joy were extremely helpful and kind at check-in. Parking was a nightmare due to Cav's game. It was difficult to figure out what to do as the valet section was overloaded and staff was extremely stressed about the parking situation.
