I don't really know what I expected, but this place was a nightmare!!
VERY outdated facility. Elevator was slow and looked to be in a poor state. Rooms were dated as well. Had to use a timer light switch to use the bathroom.
No access to a water fountain. Ice machine only had ice, no water dispenser.
Beware using the vending machines. I had medication that I needed to take. The only access to a drink I had was through the vending machines. I paid, the machine took my money and nothing came out. Went to the front desk only to be told they "don't do anything with the vending machines" and they "can't help me." Told me to try again so I can waste more money. Not to mention zero contact information provided on the machines. I was very unhappy. Had to use SINK WATER to take my medication.
Earlier in the evening I had asked for extra towels to shower with. I was given a hard time and told my room was already stocked and asked if I "checked my room" Of course I did, that's why I'm here asking for more. Not to get a hard time. Reluctantly gave me ONE towel extra out of the pile of laundry she was already folding. Staff was rude and unpleasant. Couldn't tell you what any of their names are because no one wore a nametag. The only person I had a positive interaction with was who I presume was the manager during check in.
I am almost certain I got some kind of foodborne illness from the breakfast provided. I've been sick for hours and it was the only meal I had today.
VERY disappointed!!
