„Nettes Hotel zentral in Middlesbrough gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr praktikabel eingerichtet, z. B. ist die Badezimmertür mit einer 90Grad-Drehung gleichzeitig die Toilettentür, so dass die Toilette als separater Raum genutzt werden kann. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Hotel hat Stellplätze in einer Tiefgarage im 3. OG dabei. Für 5 Pfund/Nacht kann man das Auto hier parken. Das Frühstück war für englische Verhältnisse vollkommen in Ordnung und es gab eine Auswahl an Müsli, ...

„Couldn't fault anything really. Good value for money. Clean and well presented rooms. Friendly staff and there was a lovely aroma in the reception area and the lifts. Not sure if it was an air freshener but it was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. Good choice at breakfast and was nice to use the pool and facilities. All in all a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend. “

So hospitable....explained to the manager that we found our beds uncomfortable, the manager organised new mattresses with no question and a smile.
