The attached lanai offers the very finest of blended outdoor and indoor living.  You'll find a large outdoor dining table which seats 6 as well as an indoor dining table.  You'll find comfortable outdoor seating while enjoying the pool and spa or step inside to the beautifully decorated living room to view your favorite TV show.  Both areas include sliding glass doors that completely open up to the lanai.  This spacious area with the view of the golf course offers rest and serenity to all who visit.

One Queen bedroom has its own private bathroom with a walk in shower and updated granite vanity and fixtures.  The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and is located down a small hallway, just past the 'Wall of 41-off'.  In between the bedrooms is located a large shared bathroom with upgraded fixtures, large walk in shower, and lots of towels for private use as well as the pool.  One can come in from the lanai to use the shared bath in the hallway if needed.

The fully equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances and a well-lit island for food preparation.  There is a microwave, Keurig coffee machine, range, large refrigerator, and hot pot for your pleasure.  The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for a comfortable stay.  Nearby is the garage where guests can use the washing machine and dryer.  If you wish to park your vehicle inside the garage, there is plenty of room to do so.

There is 1 TV located in the living room area with cable channels to choose from.  Nearby is a well-lit computer/work desk.

A 9-hole golf course is onsite or golf nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge!  Victory Pointe South and Historic Clermont are just 6 miles away.  The NTC is only 9 miles away.

Please note the community gate is normally open during daylight hours but we will provide you with a code to enter between dusk to dawn.

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items.  If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose).  We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher).  Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff.  Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door.  Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.  Thank you for your business!
