This home features an open concept layout with modern comfort and a great room, kitchen, and dining area that make gathering and conversations easy between rooms. The great room comfortably seats eight around the stone fireplace and large TV. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances including gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is room for nine at the dining table with additional seating for three at the island.
A favorite feature of the home, the spacious outdoor area features ample outdoor seating, BBQ, and a private hot tub to relax in while gazing at the stars.
The heated garage is well stocked with entertainment featuring Pop-A-Shot, ping pong shuffleboard and corn hole.

The 3rd bedroom is on the second floor featuring a queen bed and a twin daybed with twin trundle. The ensuite bath has a combination tub/shower.
The 4th bedroom on the second floor and features two twin-over-twin bunk beds with an attached bathroom with dual sinks with a combo tub/shower.
There is a 3/4 bath on the main floor with a walk-in-shower.
