The Space:

Classic Ridge Retreat is a beautiful 2,400 sq ft home with high end finishes, a large gourmet kitchen, impressive wood burning fireplace, gleaming wood ceiling with exposed beams and much more!  With three bedrooms and three full baths you are sure to fall in love with this classic Manzanita vacation rental.



Enjoy the amazing location of this home, a short walk to Manzanita Links golf course and a less than 15 minute stroll to the beach!



Through the front door, you're invited in by large windows, beautiful wood floors, stained glass details, and a massive river rock fireplace. The large living room opens to the dining and kitchen area for easy entertaining. The living room has plenty of seating with high quality, comfortable furniture arranged in front of the stone fireplace for maximum ambiance. The large, solid wood dining table is perfect for elegant family dinners. There is also seating for four more at the island in the open gourmet-style kitchen. With all stainless steel appliances and a gas cook stove, you will feel right at home. There is a TV room with large flat screen TV, a recliner rocker and sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodation.



All bedrooms in this home are upstairs. The queen bedroom has an amazing, four-poster bed with beautiful linens and pillows. The room is equipped with everything you need to cozy in for the night. Across from this bedroom you will find a full bath with tub and shower. The middle bedroom has two sets of twin size bunk beds. It's a great room for kids!  The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen TV,  walk in closet and attached full bathroom suite with a large jetted tub, custom tile walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The Garage is an extension of the house. There is a ping pong table and electronic basketball hoops in the garage for the entire family to enjoy when the weather isn't dry enough for beach combing.

2 Dogs max, must be at least two years of age, and flea treated.

No Cats Allowed

Fully fenced large yard for dogs and little ones.

Full dog run with a lock in the backyard. For kennel trained dogs only that will not bark.

Large mud room to dry wet suits, etc. Never leave dogs in this room.

The Neighborhood:

This house is located on the hill of Ridge Dr (south of town) which is just a short 15 minute walk to the beach and Laneda Ave. Ridge Dr is a quieter residential street, out of the traffic flow of town, which means more peace for your vacation. Classic Ridge Retreat also overlooks the golf course driving range.



Getting Around:

If staying in Manzanita, there is no need for a car but if wanting to travel outside of Manzanita, we do have a public bus called "The Wave" which can take you North or South. There is info on The Wave in our rental or you can find a schedule in our office in Manzanita.



Interaction with Guests:

We will interact as little or as much as the guest likes.

After booking, all our guests will get an after hours/emergency phone number to call if needed too.
