This part of Kearney has a solid mix of longtime residents, students, and renters, thanks to its location near the University of Nebraska at Kearney. It's a pretty walkable area, and getting downtown takes just a couple of minutes by car or bike. You'll find a handful of coffee shops, restaurants, and parks nearby, with most errands being easy to manage. The street is lined with older homes that still have a lot of character, and it stays fairly quiet even though it's not far from the action.

This furnished two-story house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a setup that makes it easy to settle in without a bunch of moving hassle. Inside, the main floor has a large living room with a cozy couch, loveseat, coffee table, and a smart TV already in place, perfect for relaxing or streaming immediately. Right off the living room, the dining space has a table that seats six comfortably, with extra storage for your things.
