We're located within 2 blocks of the FM Bank Arena and are within minutes of the city's most popular bars and restaurants. We have 2 designated parking spots in the main parking lot located behind the building. Our private, dual-master bedroom, 2.5-bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen with high-end upgrades (granite countertops, stainless finishes, & hardwood floors) to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies. Stay clean and organized our in-unit washer/dryer as well!

Guest Access:
Please enter through the back door and use the parking area located in the back of the property (the 2 parking spaces at the bottom of the hill). Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies

• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. • Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am
• This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Please let us know immediately if you plan on bringing a pet, so we can find alternative sleeping accommodations before your arrival.
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside
