Our lovely 3 bedroom detached lakeside lodge has great on-site facilities for all. Close to South Cerney & the old market town of Cirencester. Over the road is the DeVere Cotswold Water Park Hotel, The Gateway Information Centre, restaurants, cafe's & bars.

3 large bedrooms, two bathrooms & ground floor WC / cloakroom set over three floors with good sized kitchen & large living area leading out to well-furnished decking area with hot tub.

Living / Dining / Reception Rooms: The entrance hallway the leads to the large airy, bright living / dining room area which leads out onto the decking area. It is very comfortable & offers two large leather sofas & single leather reclining chair for your comfort.

• The Master Bedroom on the first floor has a King size bed, a 32in TV with Sky & en-suite shower/WC
• Double / Twin' bedroom is on the top floor, has 2 single zip and link beds that can easily be made into a King size double & 32in TV with Sky. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower / WC
• Twin / Double' Bedroom has 2 small single & zip & link' beds, that can be made into a king size double with the addition of a mattress topper.

Family Friendly: Lots of board games and books. Flexible bed options & space for cots. Fully equipped for babies; plastic cutlery & plates, toys, books, stair gates, bed guards.

Decking Area: The French doors in the living room open out onto an enclosed, furnished decking area with table & chairs overlooking the lake & sits up to 6 people. It comes complete with luxurious private hot tub (not overlooked) & gas BBQ with a lovely & grassy area alongside on the banks of the lake. Fishing peg available very close by.
