„This hotel is in a great, safe location with restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was great. The only issue I experienced was that the breakfast wasn't very good. However, there are plenty of dining options around the hotel.“

„The hotel was very clean especially considering they are currently undergoing renovations. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Especially David at check-in. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was a very nice room. I think the bed could be a bit more comfortable but I was still able to sleep and I would stay again.“

„We had such a great stay! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond and made everything easy. The neighborhood felt very safe and had plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was also super convenient to Oktoberfest, which was the main reason for our trip. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!“

„Property was properly and well maintained. The only hiccup was the TV in the room was not programmed and after 2 requests to help us with it a front desk employee finally showed us how to get the channels!!“

„Nice location near downtown. Beautiful park across the street, with walking access to the Mt Adams neighborhood which has some amazing dining options. Kids loved the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay. “

„The staff in this hotel was exceptional - the airline had lost some of our luggage and everybody was genuinely interested and going out of their way to offer help. This was a great experience and I will definitely stay there again when in Cincinnati.“

„Check in, bar, and valet were superb We ate at Subito for dinner and everything was excellent. Breakfast, on the other hand, was understaffed. We left after being seated for 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. Room service coffee was terrible but the Starbucks at the bar was great. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will be back“
