The unit itself is up a flight of stairs from ground level, and two bedrooms are up another flight of (relatively steep, old school) stairs along with two baths. Lots of vacation rentals try to cram 6 people into a tiny unit, that isn't the case here at all. With 1800 sq. feet, there plenty of room and plenty of privacy.
