• Queen City Suites 1 is the downstairs sister apartment to Queen City Suites 2 upstairs. You may occasionally see or hear other guests entering or leaving the building.

• Traveling with a larger group? Queen City Suites 1 and Queen City Suites 2 can also be reserved together as the combined Queen City Suites property, providing two separate apartments for your group.

• Please note that Queen City Suites 1 does not have laundry facilities.

• For guest and property security, there are 2 exterior security cameras. One is mounted at the front door and monitors the front walkway toward the street and a partial view of the street. The second is mounted on the side of the building and monitors the walkway toward the rear of the property and the back exterior area. There are no interior cameras.
