When we pulled up I was nervous. The lobby was being remodeled so I was thinking it would be okay. Got to the room and it was terrible. Usually hotel room doors close automatically when you enter the room. Nope. I had to go back and shut the door. Toilet stopped working. I was told no one could fix it til the next day. We had to use the bathroom in the lobby. Hair was still on hangers from previous guests. They had no other rooms we could move to. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you just need a bed for a night. Breakfast the front desk person put bagels in the microwave then set out to be eaten.

The air-conditioning not only didnt work, but you could see through it to the out side. Shelves were falling off the wall, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. The entire hotel stank. The door handles looked suspect. The ice machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I've been to some questionable hotels, but this is the first i refused to stay at.

We arrived at our hotel and pretty quickly found bed bugs in the room we were staying in. The receptionist then argued with me that it’s impossible. I ended up convincing him to check the room to prove the issue. Then he refused to give me a refund at first.

Some maintenance issues but overall clean and good value. The best part is my special request of foam pillows (feather allergies) was fulfilled. Usually when staying at a hotel I will request ahead of time, but still have to ask again, but not here, which I appreciate a lot. Staff very pleasant during my 3-day stay.
