Just around the corner, you can cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner in our brand new, well-stocked eat-in kitchen. We have you covered with the coffee - We provide a Keurig and all different kinds of flavors! Use ours or bring your favorite type of coffee when you stay.

Follow the hallway off the living room and you will find the two bedrooms and a full-size bathroom. The queen bedroom has plenty of storage, a ceiling fan, and smart TV. The other king bedroom also offers all of these features.

BATHROOM
You will have two full bathrooms to share with your guests. The first bathroom is off the hallway and features a tub/shower combination. We use the August Home application, which means there are no keys to lose! We will provide you with entry information at the time of your booking prior to your stay.

When you arrive you may park in the large driveway. At this time our garage is not for guest use.

The entire home is exclusively yours without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Tucked away just outside of downtown Mason, Ohio in a well kept community. Our home is situated on a corner lot.

Walking distance to Downtown Mason restaurants and square. You will need a car to get around our area as it is a suburban area. Uber and Lyft are available in this area!

We respectfully request no smoking in the home, and please take note of our neighborhood's quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am.

• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home
