"Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Blick auf Portofino und das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist für den Preis sehr einfach. Fast alles von IKEA. Man erreicht das Haus nur zu Fuß. Aufgrund der Parkplatzsituation in Portofino (60 EURO pro Tag im Parkhaus), dem weiten Fußweg vom Parkhaus durch den gesamten Ort ans Ende des Hafens und dem Umstand, dass es in Portofino nicht einen einzigen vollwertigen Supermarkt gibt, ist es sehr aufwendig, sich selbst in dem Haus zu versorgen. Man muss im Nachbarort einkaufen, dann die Einkäufe im Bus (EUR 5,00 pro Person und Strecke) nach Portofino bringen und dann zum Haus schleppen. Das ist so aufwändig, dass man am Ende doch meistens auswärts isst. Dann brauch man aber eigentlich auch kein Ferienhaus. "

"Zuerst einmal die Pluspunkte. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral an der kleinen Einkaufsstraße, die direkt zum Hafen führt. Wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut, kann man den Hafen sehen. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und bietet genügend Platz. Das Badezimmer ist recht klein. Der Zustand der Unterkunft ist schlecht. Der Toilettendeckel ist abgebrochen, das Waschbecken ist nicht befestigt, die Küchenausstattung ist sehr dürftig, der Deckel vom Wasserkocher ist abgebrochen, das Sofa ist fleckig, der Stuhl wackelt und insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr günstig eingerichtet und schon sehr heruntergekommen. Es führt eine sehr steile Treppe in den zweiten Stock, die mit Koffern kaum zu bewältigen ist. Hinweise zum WLAN gibt es auch Nachfrage und die Betten muss man selbst beziehen. Das wäre kein Problem, wenn ich die Decken völlig fleckig wären und insgesamt nicht das passende Bettzeug da ist. Wir können die Unterkunft nicht wirklich empfehlen. "

"The employees were very friendly ! Especially Signore Rossano e Signore Andrea. Can not be better. I had a room with view to the sea. The greatest view i ever had. The hotel is located near the harbour of Portofino, you reache it in 8 minutes walking by feet."

"The apartment is on the 3rd floor (European counting, 4th floor if the ground floor is the first floor) and [as described] reached via a steep flight of stairs. The view is nice and the layout appropriate.Negative: There were no instructions on any appliance. We struggled with the dishwasher. Flushing the toilet did not work in one of the bathrooms (but was fixed the next day). The spoons showed significant chalk deposits (not a serious problem but still ..). Paint was peeling in one of the bathrooms. Biggest complaint is the size of the (single) bed -- suitable only for persons up to 1.80m. If you stay only 2 or 3 nights (and go out to enjoy the many restaurants) these negatives won't bother you much. And you probably don't want to spend more time in Portofino anyhow. "
